The individual agents are fantastic - we booked two holidays with them and couldn't fault them from talking about budget, to planning the trip better than we could have ever thought

Towards the end of 2020 I was looking to book a Maldives holiday to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in April 2021.I decided on Siyam World,which was a brand new property that had not opened at the time.I had several quotes and I then requested a quote from holiday please. I was contacted by Paula Alger soon after,and the price I was quoted like for like was around £2000 cheaper.I did not hesitate and booked it immediately. Due to covid we obviously did not get to go to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary last year,but we have just returned having spent 14 nights/15 days in paradise. The service we received from Paula throughout the past 18 months has been absolutely amazing.We have been constantly updated by Paula,with many phone calls,and when she was on the island herself she took the time to contact us and provide updates & photographs. We have travelled throughout Europe,the Caribbean,Mexico and previously stayed at Atmosphere Kanifushi in the Maldives but the service provided by Paula is second to none. For all future holidays our first point of contact shall be Paula @ holiday please.After the service we have received Paula is not our go to travel agent,but our friend. We are in the final days of our honeymoon in Thailand which Paul Seaman set up for us. Paul was extremely helpful with us choosing our honeymoon. He was never pushy like you get from many travel agents. He seemed to genuinely want us to have the holiday of our dreams and he gave us the time we needed when we were indecisive. Paul has a lot of knowledge and experience which he was happy to share during our conversations. After booking we received further information via email as well as having access to our own area of the website. A few weeks before our holiday we received a lovely folder for our travel documents. It was an added touch of class. Thanks to Paul we had an effortless journey to the holiday of our life.
Outstanding service. My travel advisor worked really hard to find our perfect holiday and I know I'm really fussy. Having one point of contact throughout was definitely a plus because we had to make a few changes after booking. I was pleased when they checked me in and sent all my paperwork to me in a well put together folder. Will be using for our next holiday in 2019!
I can not begin to recommend Holidays Please enough! Their service and attention to detail is just one of the reasons that makes them stand our significantly against any other Holiday Agents. They make you feel like friends as apposed to just customers. Linda went above and beyond to make our trip to the Maldives perfect. They where by far the most competitive in price too. They also offer an amazing points scheme which recently enables us a free trip to stay in a luxury 3 bedroom apartment in Marbella. Upon returning home Charles contacted me to let me know I had left my hot water bottle, He asked if I would like it to be posted back. I said not to worry and to just throw it away…… A few days later I received a brand new hot water bottle in the post as a replacement! Holidays please will always be our chosen holiday agent. A really lovely team who will ensure you have the holiday of your dreams :)
