First set was really nice although I did get cut on a few fingers. But really lovely. Second set unfortunately seemed quite unfollowed when I looked afterwards. The tips weren’t painted properly or evenly and the treatment was a bit rough. Design came out lovely though

I seriously hate the lady i was praying that she should not do for me but they only sent her to do the pedicure and she’s really so careless and rip my skin on both the feet ill upload one of the pictures its sooo burning after they do that. She is so arrogant no proper treatment done as she is half sleeping and on her phone. Such a stupid pedicure service. The guy who did before was wonderful thats the reason i went there again. And never going back

Not going back there again. I have been there a few times for feet but this time I tried my hands...unfortunately the finished nails are on the thicker side and the shape and width is not consistent. Plus they didn't have the colour I wanted so had to go with something else (not ideal but I understand they could run out of things). But what really annoyed me is, I booked an appointment and got there on time. Had to wait a little bit and then a guy starts doing my nails...only for this other male client to walk in for a pedicure or whatever he was having leaving me just sitting there with my hands soaking in acetone for quite a while. Then another guy takes over after he finished the person he was working on...friendly enough but honestly, my nails look decent from a distance. I have a finger on each hand where the width of the nail is wildly different, my cuticles don't look great, the finishing of some of the nails...not great - the back of some of them have extra acrylic/feel rough and the sides of the nails weren't really painted well. And I did ask to have the backs tidied up but I shouldn't have to say this - take pride in your work. I dunno, they just really feel like one of those cash grab places...get em in, get em out. Heard other people get offered a hot drink/beverage....I never got asked and never have been offered anything any time I have been there. On top of that, there is one woman who works there who is just never really nice to me but I hear her calling others "honey" and all that, must be her preferred clients. Anyway...it's just not nice there, and it's not like I paid a tenner for the nails either. Not going back, that was the last time.

Shorter than the requested length. Also filed a bit to much so it’s too narrow (solution- longer nails would make it work) My teen dad to wait 30 min even though it was booked well in advance for 10am, the time they opened, so there was not supposed to be a backlog. I find this rude to double book. Was happy to find a place open on Sunday but will probably won’t be coming back.

Fit me in quite quickly and the wait time was short. Staff were friendly but felt very rushed as there were a lot of people in there. The gentleman doing my nails rushed quite a bit , the nails are very thick and paint job not the best and the shape isn’t quite what I asked for. By the time he had finished he had run off to the next customer Might use again to give a second chance but if you make an appointment and are in a rush like myself who wanted to get my nails done on a lunch break, I’d suggest going after work or weekend perhaps as it was very busy

I’ve never had such a bad experience doing my nails ever. The nail tech guy cut my cuticles and scratched the sides of my fingers trying to file my nails down it still hurts after 3 days. Then I showed them a design and they told me they couldn’t do it probably because they were too lazy or it was too long for them to do. In my head I thought, ok not a problem that can be adjusted. Asked for ombré and it looks like a 5 year old did my nails, I’m not even joking I’m embarrassed to go out with my nails looking like this. Got a sticker on my ring finger with the nail done with clear gel and the sticker looks milky because the guy didn’t file the nail properly. Also the sticker is not straight and it’s coming off on one side but the nail tech tried to cover it up by adding more and more gel on it. I’m so unhappy with my nails The staff also speak less than basic English and you can’t understand them at all. Very rude because they make comments in their own language. I left the nail salon wanting to cry, ruined my whole Valentine’s Day

very bad. i’ve been to many nail places in the surrounding area and have not been disappointed how i was here. First of all they were very rude to me and my sister. There was no communication in what i wanted done and they tried to get my sister to pay more even though we both got a full set of acrylics. (i’m guessing they thought she wouldn’t notice as she’s young). The man who did my nails did them so rough it made my fingers bleed and there was no apology for it i am also pretty sure they were using dirty tools as one of these cuts got infected shortly after i left. They were also wonky and felt very rushed. When i left the salon i realised there was already bubbles on the polish. Not only this but i’ve had this set on for 5 days and one has already broken they definitely didn’t do them right they are very flimsy and could break doing literally anything. i’ve never had problems like this in any other nail salon. i wouldn’t recommend.

Came in for a toe nail repair and paint. They lady did not file the nail straight and started moaning in her own language. when I asked her to file it straight across not at an angle she said it was straight. I asked for white tips. She said she would do that unless I had shellac. I had a red colour as I didn't have time to go elsewhere at this point. She smudged the big toe and tried to paint over it instead of removing tge polish and left crease like smudges in the varnish. She forgot the top coat and when iasked her toappky it she said she had done so, even though she couldn't find it after. Will never return! They didn't offer an apology at any stage or a discount. Rude and bad service.

I was seen on time of my appointment but the nails that I wanted wasn’t the correct one. It cost more for gel and I didn’t want gel I wanted normal colour and they charged me for gel. Didn’t do an under coat with the powder for acrylics I can literally see through my nail. Cost a ridiculous amount of money for just Infills with a normal colour and a bit of glitter. I get it’s like an extra £2 for a bit of glitter but come on…. Over £30 is ridiculous when I only wanted an infill

Although service was swift and efficient I noticed that the overlay on my nails was not done to the usual standards. One nail was so thin the acrylic cracked a few hours later and some of the nails sides were neglected ... Not happy! Those are my real nails with acrylic coating
