The time the man took on my nails was amazing, every step of the way asked if I liked everything before moving on to the next bit of the process. It was such a lovely experience to be pampered in this way and just be able to switch off from the chaotic everyday world. It was a very warm, cosy experience - Alexandra really made sure I was well taken care of in every way. Her attention to detail with each of the treatments was amazing.
