Lovely husband and wife running the shop .Always satisfied when I get my nails there ! I really enjoyed my foot pedicure very nice !
Used to come here a few years back so thought I'd try it again. The man did an extremely sloppy job painting my toes which he blamed on his light. He told me to come back at the end of the day which was extremely inconvenient for me, not least because i had to pay for parking again. When I came back he was sure to make me uncomfortable and rushed because they wanted to go home. NO APOLOGY offered at all despite me having to rearrange my whole day. They didn't offer any water or anything else. Pretty clean in there although just an outdated nail shop.
My elderly father visited this business on 19th December 2023 and still hasn't recovered from the deep and heavy handed cut he received to his thumb. They still charged him in full. I would recommend you avoiding this business if you want a professional nail care service.
This is about the worst nail shop I have ever been too they are ignorant especially the man he messed up my nails I do not recommend. So no stars for a zero customer service of it was possible for me to do so but the review system does not allow and Nigel is so arrogant with it he said they always come back in the end, huh.

I always come here to get my nails&feet done. Claire always does my nails nice no what matter design I ask for and she works alongside her husband Neil, both lovely people.
Have been going to Nail studio for atleast 14 years, they do a brilliant job and always take good care of me.
The worst service I have ever received, the owner literally told me 3pm. I get to the shop and all of a sudden it’s 2:30 he apparently told me. Lying is the worst trait to have especially when running a business. I will not be returning back here, there are plenty other more organised nails shops in my area!
