   One of the absolute best place I’ve experienced for nails in London. I get mine done from a guy named Yung, super super amazing. Always does them exactly like my inspiration pictures and is always open to suggestions and ideas. Prices wise as well, they’re super cool reasonable as opposed to most places. Highly recommend!

   I’ve been going to this salon since 2021. I’ve moved to south east London 2 years ago but still travelling all the way to NW just because I never been disappointed! Not once. They always nailed my requests. Yesterday the guy who did my nails (dark hair with an hearing) was really nice and answered all my questions. He done exactly what I asked him to do (I know my nails look a bit puffy cause they short, but I wanted them in that way). I showed him a picture and he did even better. I will keep going to this salon even if it means I have to travel all the way, cause it’s 100% recommended!

   I’ve been to so many salons paying 100~200£ everytime I got my nails done but it always came off so easily. However I’ve been going to jnailspa for 3month now everytime I do my nails it lasts around 5~6weeks and I love the shape and the staffs are so skilled and they do it fast. I’m only going to come here from now on and I brought my friend and she became a monthly customer like me. I never leave a review at anywhere but I have to leave a best review here it’s not pricey at all and perfect!

   I have been having my nails done in this salon for more than 2 years now. It's clean and everyone is very professional. Today I wanted to go to the Arsenal match and ask for design on my nails. Tom (blonde guy) did my nail. I love love my nails. His attention to detail is excellent.

   I've been going to this establishment for over a year and didn't have any issues until my last visit where I was left dissatisfied with the manicure, I contacted them via phone and they told me to return to their shop so they could see the issue. When I first had the initial appointment I made it clear to the individual fixing my nails to ensure the polish was on the smile line of my nails which she ignored. the set had already chipped after 10 days when it usually lasts up to 4 weeks before my next infill. I then arrived at the shop and explained my concerns and was seated a member of staff came to assist me and made a snide comment when the nail polish accidentally smudged I replied and said it wasn't my fault her response 'If you say so' I wouldn't normally complain as prior to I've been happy after every visit however I was treated differently simply for stating my dissatisfaction. Even after the polish was repainted it was done in a rush again I was unimpressed. That left a bad taste in my mouth I won't be returning back as it would go against my morals and it would continue to be a waste of my money. Hopefully this review will teach them to speak to people better and to show empathy. Customer service is extremely important and if this doesn't improve it'll be at the detriment of their business.

   Tracy is always absolutely amazing!! I LOVE my nails every single time. I have now been going to this salon every 2 weeks and I am in love. My nails have never looked this good and she's always rally nice and helps me pick colours 7 designs. The whole team there are just fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough ♥️
