    “I recently had a pedicure at Nail Care and I’m genuinely impressed. The staff were extremely gentle, meticulous, and professional. The hygiene standards were spotless, the chair was super comfortable, and the whole experience felt relaxing from start to finish. My nails were cleaned and shaped perfectly, calluses were treated carefully, and the foot massage was absolutely amazing. My feet looked so much better afterward. The price is very reasonable for the quality. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends!”

    Came in to get my BIAB removed and to get a simple gel manicure in a lovely autumnal burgundy. The techs were very friendly and accommodating for my friend and I who were the last customers. Not the most extravagant manicure service I’ve ever received, but they definitely do a good job here. Thank you very much!

    This nail place use to be very good, but ever since the change of management the quality of service dropped significantly. Didn’t feel like the guy wanted to do my nails, he only used one side cubical oil but didn’t do the other side. Excessive skin wasn’t fully removed. The hygiene is a bit concerning, I saw some dirty stuff on the nail clips. This is just such an unpleasant place to do my nails anymore. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I'm really disappointed to give them 2 stars and the only reason they got 2 is because the pedicure looks really good.. My hands however look absolutely awful. I used to always get a little bit of length added with powder, especially if my nail was broken. My nails were very short and I asked for a little bit of length they kept telling me that couldn't do this when the previous people did it all the time for me. I even explained the people before did and they said I had to get tips... Before I used to feel valued as a client now I feel that they are trying to make extra money out of me. I didn't want the tips and refused.. Such a regret. Because my nail she filed all of them shorter than what they were. These nails were meant to be for my birthday. I was so angry to the point I couldn't even talk. I paid and left but they have lost a long time client. My nails look so bad that my friends couldn't help but laugh and honestly I don't blame them. I now have made an appointment somewhere else to get them done again and now I WILL have to pay for tips.

    Did not like! Cuticle was not removed and when I asked to remove excess skin, it was done anyway. The same was done on the feet. Excess skin was not removed. The nail polish was too much away from the base of the nail. On the feet I didn't notice it before drying, on the hands I asked it to stop and leave it only with the transparent base because it was getting horrible. In short: disappointed.

    I have used this salon a few times in the last year since I moved to the area as I like to support local business. I had the best pedicure and the worse manicure and some in between during this time The staff change frequently and sometimes they have people who are very young and inexperienced. I felt it’s pure luck. When I asked the manager if she could arrange for a very experienced person to do my nails she said I should go somewhere else where I know they are good - well I’m now somewhere else and having a better service - just around the corner!
