This was my first visit to the studio, and I’m so impressed. The tech took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The salon is spotless and has a relaxing atmosphere. My nails look amazing—smooth, even, and exactly the design I wanted. Highly recommended!
Had a pre holiday acrylic nails, pedicure and leg massage and brow dye. The lady that does my brows takes her time and last for about 3 weeks for about £6. All are standing the test of time in the Sun and Sea. Feels good not having to do anything to my nails or feet other than an exfoliate in the sand. The only thing as a return customer is the flat screen and music is staff focussed not customer focussed. If you are in a salon for a couple of hours a little change might be nice. I keep coming back for two or three years now and look forward to massage.
Worst experience at this salon. I have come many times before and not had the best service but nails have been fine. This has to be the worst set of nails and service I have ever received. I was left to leave the salon with nails in this state and was spoken to rudely by the male member of staff who found it hilarious. Do not waste your money or time here!!!
I recently had both acrylic nails and a pedicure done at this salon, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the service. The acrylic nails were rushed, look very thick, and overall poorly done. They also feel painful, and I’m not sure why , which is quite concerning. As for the pedicure, I specifically booked it because the soles of my feet were very rough (especially my heels), but after the treatment, I noticed little to no improvement. It honestly felt like a waste of money, especially considering the high prices. One more thing to be aware of: they offer a 10% discount if you leave a 5-star review, which might explain some of the overly positive ratings. Just something to keep in mind.
I have been going to this nail shop for nearly a year and I am always happy! They take their time doing your nails, always happy to help make a decision when you’re unsure & don’t rush you. Have had my eyelashes done here a couple times and cannot fault them! People always compliment how good they are! Highly recommend!!
A lot of the reviews mentioned rude staff, which I decided to ignore. First mistake! I went in there to get my nails done for my birthday party the same day, opted for normal paint. Most staff seemed lovely from what I could see, however the woman that did my nails was extremely RUDE! I felt like a complete inconvenience, and she was so rough and rushing to do my nails it was very painful. I even had to pull my hand away as she had nicked me - still hurting now. She was so rude I cannot stress this enough. The polish was not evenly coated on my nails, I can see streaky gaps from where it was slap dashed on. What a joke. The attitude of the lady doing my nails and the atmosphere the whole time has completely put a damper on my mood just before my party. I will NEVER go to this shop ever again and I will be telling all my friends to avoid like the plague. I hope you other ladies don’t ignore the reviews like I did, this is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had done. I’ve never gone to a nail shop and had a bad experience before. Like never ever in all my life. This has been the first one. Having a beautiful premises doesn’t make up for dispassionate and rude staff.
I got my nails done here yesterday and I came out feeling angry and frustrated. First of all the guy I had was not friendly or welcoming. Then I asked for cofin shape and ended up with square instead as he was not sure how to do cofin properly. He did not file my nails properly and was not very gentle with my hands. I was in there for over 1 hour and a half and I would never return to this nail shop again avoid at all costs
there’s no point booking to be honest i waited for an hour to be seated after my appointment time, but i understand they take walk ins nothing to be done really. Hang did ombré gel manicure for me and i was really happy i love the nails and the staff were nice and accommodating. eyelash extensions were pretty good too overall great experience
