   This is the only shop you need to go to in Wallington!! I have been a customer for over 3 years, they are incredible. The pedicures are outstanding, which a reflex massage that most spas never bother to do for customer! The staff are kind and friendly, the range of colours is always in the current fashion and the professionalism is second to none. Staff greet you by your name and communicate suggestions based on what they think you need with your best interests always!! I cannot recommend them enough.

   I visited this nail salon with an elderly relative, unfortunately, her cuticles were cut three times leaving visible open sores. This raised serious concerns about a possible infection. When I expressed my disappointment to the manager, there was no apology or accountability. It felt clear that they do not care about or value the health of their customers. Being cut multiple times by an unprofessional technician is unacceptable. Additionally, the hygiene of the nail instruments were poor, which was very concerning.

   The shellac is way too thick. I said that two weeks ago, only lord knows why I went back! It's so thick, Inconsistent and today even messier than usual. Not impressed for the price I paid. Going to have to start going somewhere else ! I'm annoyed just looking at it

   Have to take back my original 5star review from 10 months ago. I was trying to hold off writing on this bad experience because I kept trying to convince myself that it wasn't that bad. But reality hit today as my full set that's supposed to last 14 days snagged off today after only 8 days... in my 15yrs of experience, this has never happened before. To start off a simple pedi and full set took 3 hours to complete. Not sure why she was having so much trouble gluing on the nails, a couple of them just wouldn't stick, I guess that made her nervous and she grew either anxious or frustrated and it was just downhill from there. I had to tell my nail tech to reshape my nails 4 times as they just weren't the shape I was asking for- a simple Almond shape. I even had to put nails next to each other to point out they weren't identical neither in length nor in shape... After what seemed like an eternity of filing and shaping I was late to my next order of business but finally was able to leave the salon. The very next day however my cuticles started poking out from both sides of every finger. My nails were actually hurting in pain from all the deep filing she had done instead of shaping. I had to treat my cuticles by myself and that's when I notices chunks of left over acrylic underneath my shaped nails. Thats usually something that's supposed to be filed away prior to shaping.... still I thought, its alright I'll be rid of them by next week. But little did I know, it wouldn't even be that long. Such a shame, I usually enjoyed their calm atmosphere and hospitality, but this time was just a hard miss.

   I've been going to Mimosa for almost 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say. I've recently started to get nail design work done on shellac and it's just brilliant! I always get compliments on how good the manicure is and how long it lasts for (up to three weeks). The salon is clean and the massage chairs are a dream. 100% recommend.
