   Great salon. Henry and the lady who also works there, do nails really carefully and cleanly. Have been there a few times now and it is really great service, the staff are friendly and the price is reasonable too!

   I’ve been here a few times and I’ve not had many issues. But my last time has put me off from coming back. I arrived early in the morning, a bit after opening at 10. When I arrived, there were 3 people in the shop, two for pedicures, one for a manicure. I told them what I wanted; and they said no problem so I sat to wait. About an hour passes (with two of the staff just loitering around not doing anything, though maybe they’re not trained?) Suddenly, one of the pedicure girls stands up and starts a huge argument about the quality of their services, how she was quoted a different price. The lady at the front starts to argue back, and they’re essentially arguing right over my head. It’s loud, it’s uncomfortable, and it’s causing a pretty awkward and awful environment as they bicker back and forth. Eventually she leaves. Only then, after I’ve been sat waiting for an hour and a half does the woman tell me she actually has an appointment, and asks if I’d be okay with waiting until after that. I tell her not really, considering she didn’t tell me this before I’d been sat for an hour and a half. I told her I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting if she told me before it was a 3 hour wait. She said the client’s appointment was at 12, and if she doesn’t arrive by then, I can go. Fine by me. I know it’s pedantic, but the appointment arrives at 12:20. 20 Minutes later than stated, and past the 12 I was told I could go first. When she walks in, she gets immediately seated, so obviously I leave. No apologies, no nothing. In short, I sat waiting for 2 hours and 20 minutes, had to sit through a huge argument and was fed a lie of not having to wait past more and more time. I went to another shop up the high street after leaving and was sat having my nails done 5 minutes after arriving despite them having far more people in the shop. And they did a great job for slightly cheaper. Elegant Nails used to be my go-to, but after this, I think I’m going to veer away, as they don’t even attempt to uphold the promises set for people waiting for multiple hours for their services.

   I’m a regular here and the nail techs are lovely, the customer service is amazing and they are very capable in their designs I would recommend to anyone as their prices are affordable compared to other nail salons and they give you a loyalty card as well. My absolute FAVOURITE nail salon

   Fingers all cut from having my skin filed way to short. No cleaning of equipment .They have a price list up to see but added £7 on top of that just for basic nails. No student discount applied after telling her I’m a student. Then when I pay more was added. I had to go through the prices and guess what I was correct. Rude staff. Won’t be returning.

   Wouldn’t even give one star Finished product looked a mess, took my daughter and myself if for acrylic infills and repaint. I’ve come away with worse than started cuticles not done, paint all over my hands my daughter was cut when I told them wasn’t happy I was advised they can not paint white tips with normal paint .. no sorry no mention this when I came in to ask before sitting in chair. Then still had the cheek to charge me £50 and said £10 was for white tips I wish I could attach images for all to see. Never again will I use this shop. Disgusting

   They charged me extra!no design and charged me so much more than the maximum price listed.askes for receipt they give me a hand written paper. unprofessional and rude. Painful as well. Never go there!

   Not the best experience and wasn’t happy with my nails. The lady filed my skin on my little finger and caused it to bleed and it really hurt, still paid the full price even though that happened. The nails would of looked a lot better if they had more staff and weren’t rushing to get stuff done.
