   We were unfortunately late for our show due to travel issues.The staff very kindly managed to find us seats for the later show time which absolutely made our time in Leeds. The show was phenomenal. The theatre is stunning and the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. Thank you.

   Nice little theatre. A good way to see some of the quite big acts they get here, which might often be in much larger venues. Parking easy in the city centre in the evening, plenty of bars and restaurants to grab something to eat before the show.

   Went to watch dirty dancing. The theatre is beautiful. Some of the seats were a little restricted, especially when someone tall is in front. We were on the balcony third row up.

   Terrible customer service. Refused to give me a refund when we could not attend due to covid so got a credit note instead. The new tickets we bought were £14 cheaper and they refused to give the refund in money and insisted on giving me it in vouchers. Very frustrating as I can't buy any tickets for £14 without spending more money!
