   I used Diamond Travel to send a barrel to Jamaica. It was collected in January and reached Jamaica March! The travel agent did not explained anything of Customs costs or wharf costs once barrel reached its destination. Important information was missed out, no bill of laden explained. Terrible service, very unprofessional. Found the older lady travel agent stern and very unfriendly, she made us feel uncomfortable when dealing with us. I will never recommend them to anyone, I would be willing to pay more to get the job done properly! I’m traumatised by the whole process. I score 0

   Used them to support black businesses but probably won’t again. No manners when you enter and say hello, one old lady came in after me said good morning just like me and no response to her either to the point where she had to say “ I said good morning”. Booked my flight to JA invoice sent by email incorrect spelling of name. Called them and they said no problem the actual ticket will be spelt correctly. Then the following week I get an email telling me I must come back in with my passport as they have made yet another error, put my last name as my first and visa Versa and needed passport to change it. No apology nothing just said we made an error bring in your passport. Very very unprofessional they make you feel like you are a bother to them. Will not be using them again. Need to revamp the office and revamp the staff. Nice to see a young girl working there but again no manners and definitely no customer service skills. Absolute joke place. It’s an embarrassment to black people. You need to fix up!!!!!!!!!!

   I really don't understand Miss Lindsay she has had some fantastic people work for her throughout the years and yet because she has her favourite golden goose "Miss Jenny" who frankly has sabotaged her own colleagues over the years just to become Miss Lindsay favourite goose. (Actually happens a lot within the black community) Yet her external exterior can fool anyone because of her pleasantness... one thing no one can hide is a dirty heart that has ill intentions! Miss Lindsay unfortunately is a lovely woman but lack the guidance or shall I say just flat out refuse to acknowledge that a problem exist in her establishment. Instead of cleaning out the closet and extending her empire she has remained loyal to the one person who keeps her from ever seeing her true potential and growth. Firstly they take forever to answer the phones and when they do you are on hold a very long time, don't even bother with email queries as they never get answered. When you do finally get through to someone and have a query asking the person if I am likely to get a response today... they say 'they ain't sure'! I mean each week there is a different staff this is nothing new.... instead of being in denial maybe it is about time you accept that there is a lack of consistency and fear that permeates in this environment. I have been a customer of Diamond for many many years and one of the main reason for this is because I am all for supporting black own businesses but Diamond Travel you need a revamp, fresh minds, ethical working conditions not a covert narcissistic bully that is Miss Lindsay right hand that when she sees potential in someone she immediately sees that person as a threat, it is actually very sad to observe how Diamond Travel has declined over the years due to trying operate in a non- ethical way and not setting a clear structure for Diamond Travel. Miss Lindsay needs to recognise that this is a business not a talent contest for one to compete to be her favourite as she feeds into this idea. I hope she wakes up!

   Bus full?!?!?!? Really.....? You stopped a mum and her young child from getting on and there was seats empty upstairs and down!! The sooner Andy Burnham makes the buses centralised the better!!!!
