It’s very hit and miss, sometimes they do a great job and sometimes it’s average. Really depends on who does your nails. There should be more consistency. It’s clean and the staff are nice but quality is inconsistent.
Kim is an outstanding star. Easily the best and quickest I have ever had my nails done in London. Will 100% only come here for my nails!

worst experience of my life. They done my nails so crooked, tried to convince me its the shape of my nails because they did not want to fix it. I said please take it off she said we will charge you more for removal. Skills: 0 Customer service:0 Price:0 avoid this place trust me
Had a few good experiences then a new younger man twice, he put new tips etc full reset. Terrible , two broke after 2 days the acrylic not covering side and too thin. I came back to complain ( had to wait 3 weeks but took pictures for immidiate look) and same person , got £3 discount and he again made the side skin of my fingers bleed. Very sore. I won’t be back. Very poor. The pics are not even a week old. My skin broke and I think he forgot top coat too.
Chose this saloon by chance and was so pleasantly surprised to meet with wonderful and caring customer service. The staff were professional and friendly and the manicure and pedicure were excellent. No waiting around and very reasonable for the service offered. This is my new regular - thank you very much
I've been going to Crystal nails for a few months. Everytime I visit they seem more interested in young girls nails than the mature customer. My nails were done today by one if their male staff and I have to say they look a mess. I've told my friends and posted pics on social media. If you want a professional manicure DONT GO TO CRYSTAL NAILS.
Went to Crystal Nails previously and loved my nails each time I went. Since the pandemic I have noticed each time I have returned, the service gets worse. Today I went and was overcharged for a basic acrylic set and pedicure. They constantly wanted to sell me something after I paid for the service upfront before the start of treatment. Will not be returning!
Time wasters. Spent 45 mins waiting to be seen after a promise of a 30 min wait. Did not manage to get my nails done. As I left another customer was waiting over 30mins in spite of having a prearranged appointment. These people have no respect for the time of others and they were not apologetic at all. Will take my custom elsewhere in future.
I’ve had my nails done at this salon for years, I tried other salons in Barnet before and wasn’t really happy with how my nails turned out or the service. I went to crystal nails, and I’m glad I found this great, friendly, clean nail salon, Such a lovely couple run this salon too. The recent refurbishment makes it an even more pleasant experience.
