   I have got my nails there before but have recently given me a fungal nail infection Obviously not cleaning their tools, Which has completely ruined my nail and if my nail falls off, I will be suing Also every time I go in there, I’m charged different prices from £35-£40 Even though I get the same thing every time

   I’ve been going to this salon monthly for the past five years, and I can honestly say this is THE best nail salon, I always leave happy and never disappointed. Every visit I come with new ideas and they always deliver. I would highly recommend ❤️

   Amazing service. I’ve had full set acrylics before at a few different places but the staff at Highgate Nails were really lovely, took time and care on perfecting the shape and making them seamless. Very gentle on my cuticles too which was brilliant a great price. Definitely going back for infills and nail art! Edit - added my most recent nails and I love them. Came in with a picture and they were really up for trying something new and got stuck in straight away. Everyone here is so amazing. Offered me tea and coffee and were so helpful. Amazingly talented. My now go to place to do my nails

   There was a very rude young man doing my nails who was spoiling for a fight. I asked if my nails could be done quickly and he aggressively said that as I had come late I couldn’t expect that. When I said I wouldn’t return he challenged that too! I left without completing my treatment but was still made to pay £23 for gel removal because “it was really a full manicure” according to the team. Avoid this salon.

   First time visiting this salon, will definitely be back. Had a gel mani and regular pedi, both great. Sorted out the weird pointy shape of my nails from a previous mani gone wrong, glad I checked out the place.

   Everytime i had my acrylic nails done here I kept having to go back after a week,sometimes only after 3 days, as they were coming off very easily just by washing my hair or doing everyday tasks (like the fake nails you would get from superdrug) clearly quality is not up to standards and the worst thing is when i complained i got treated like it was my fault that my nails wouldn't last. Not what you would call good customer service. I've now been going to another place and my acrylic nails last 3 to 4 weeks, that's how it should be.
