   Takes a lot for me to write a negative review. This really was an awful experience. They did my nails (biab), and 3 days later it all peeled off (it's meant to last weeks). Frantic, I went back to the shop after work and before my flight out that evening hoping there was something they could do. The female owner continuously insulted me in her language, tried to shoo me out the shop and told me I should have made an appointment if I had a problem. I explained to her that I wasn't expecting the nails to peel off, I had a flight out that evening hence why I showed up. She couldn't even apologise or at the very least empathise- it was an awful experience! 'Mill Hill nails' was a lot more accommodating and they're just up the road - save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

   Had a very pleasant experience even though I arrived towards the end they put in the effort to make sure my nails were looking nice! I will be back for sure. And the price was really good too!

   My 15 year old daughter got her nails done here and I can honestly say the owner is a bully, scared my child and all because she asked them to fix the horrendous nails they did! The owner is aggressive and a bully with zero customer service skills. Would never reccomend, save your money and try blush down the road! The picture of the nails do not do the horrific nails justice, I understand people make mistakes but rather than apologise and just fix them she screamed at me and said my daughter asked for them! Disgusting!

   Absolutely terrible job, I just had this done a day ago. You can see my nail breaking. The job was not neat when I showed it to the owner her response was its your skin!!! Like what ?! I've been going there off and on but realise I just waste money as there are other place around there that does a better job. Unfortunately, I won't be going back there again. I didnt even see the guy clean the equipments it got be a bit worried. I didnt have this problem in the past but this time I felt they changed people that work there snd they might not be as experience.

   Absolutely awful place. My shellac came off in one day. I went back and then again 2 days later. My nails were left thin and broken. I asked for a refund and the owner was exceptionally rude saying they dont ever give refunds and she would definitely not give me one. She said they can redo my nails which obviously I did not want. I have been having shellac for 20 years, never ever had a problem in any other salon. The owner had the audacity to say it might be my nails or I may have done it on purpose to get free shellac for 2 days. Unbelievable. Never had such bad service. I'm not surprised at all that all the recent reviews are so bad. DO NOT GO HERE.

   Terrible service. My first time with them. The guy in the shop does not know what he’s doing. He cut my skin with the machine and attempted to put glue on the open wound. Not once did anyone apologise. The owner eventually turned up and I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the service and she did not apologise or offer me anything to appease the situation. She simply said this is what we do & I was very surprised. There was another lady in there that mentioned how bad her previous nail sessions have been. I will never be going to them again.

   I have used this place several times over the years and it was all good until my last appointment (Sunday22nd august 4pm).The girl that did my nails did not do a good job at all and I said I will come back next day to fix them . I didn’t manage to come back next day as my schedule work /study is quite full .today however I went there and Hannah said I can wait to have the nails fixed .After one hour I was due to have them fixed but Hannah start shouting and screaming at me that it’s impossible to have natural appearance on my nails as they are and I should have the construction nails .When I’ve asked her how is she planning to fix my nails instead of answering she started screaming more and told to to just shut up and wait for the nails to be fixed .I was in so much distressed at this point after having paid for my manicure and pedicure and instead I got a terrible job and her screaming at me .So after feeling so disrespected to a big level I’ve asked for my money back which she refused completely by screaming more at me . I walked out and my next appointment with be with citizen advice to sure this place ._Also need to mention that I never received any receipts from this place and always is asking cash . I would never stand to be humiliated like this on my own time and money spent ……And I’m hoping this to never happen to anyone else as it is not nice especially with everything going on in the world . I should have got a good service and respect as I have always given . This issue is only starting and I will make sure that no one will be treated like me today on that shop .I will file the official report file and will stick to it until the end .

   I’m not happy at all with the acrylic peeled off after 2 days . They just want to finish the job quickly and go for the next customer.
