Amazing customer service very attentive and engaged with customers my experience was amazing Jamie did my nails she had such a lovely personality she did cateye for me I was so impressed with the results and have had many compliments about my nails I also had a pedicure which was great this will be definitely my new go to place Highly recommended
I’ve been a loyal customer at Glamourous Nails for over two years, but after today, I will never be returning. The service has gone completely downhill. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, openly speaking in their own language in a way that made it very obvious they were talking about me. It’s uncomfortable and disrespectful. They do this all the time and pick and choose when to be nice and when to be rude. To top it all off, I specifically asked for square-shaped nails and ended up with a shape I can’t even identify. It’s not what I asked for, and the quality of work was just poor overall. This experience was the last straw. Loyal customers should be treated with care and respect, and sadly, that was not the case here. Very disappointed. And it’s overpriced for what? For the nails to lift off in two weeks and then when you raise that concern to them they tell you that you need to come in consistently as it is normal for it to lift? I’ve never had a set with them where my nails haven’t come off I rarely get infills done because of it. Only reason why I have stayed so loyal is because of the amazing designs they do and that’s about it. The one star is for the rare occasions that they are nice
I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and I think I have been swayed to stay away. Not the friendliest bunch however I have seen them be friendly towards long term customers. Mimi is amazing she does the best designs and she is super gentle, sweet and friendly and takes her time. Got biab done and a week later 8 of my nails started lifting which was wack. He blamed it on my nails being 2 long however I have been doing biab for years and have always had them this length and sometimes longer. When I came back to get them sorted they were literally just filed down along with my natural nails the guy literally filed under the biab my natural nails off, which honestly left me stunned cause I have never had this done ever. Safe to say about 2 days later my nails were lifting once again. This nail shops duty of care is just extremely poor in my opinion, having biab, acrylic etc lifting after a week is mad and just filing it down to solve it is madder… this will just result in mouldy nails from trapped moisture under the product. I also want to mention for the lack of friendliness, service and decor within the salon the prices are hella high. Safe to say I will only ever come back here if I want to get an intricate design for a special occasion unless I find another amazing nail design artist, other than that I will be staying clear. Mimi, you should open your own salon. It would do so well, the 2 stars are for her! :)
Love it - the shape is perfect and so is the design, also a shoutout to how long my nails can last at this salon! I’ve gone 7 weeks without a single nail falling off & this is why I continue to come to this salon as everyone who works there is incredibly skilled.
I’ve been going here a few years now. The only person that I will let do my nails is David. Susie is great and so is mimi with design. But a few days ago I went here to get my nails done, upon arrival I was told David was on holidays and so was Susie. I decided to let one of the new workers, whom I’ve never seen in the shop before do my nails … let me tell you ….. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! This woman could not do nails at all. I only wanted an infill and she made a mess, I was left with gaps that needed infill, she messed up the shape and left the nails one sided, some was shaped like teeth, painting my nails was another disaster. Someone else had to help her paint my nails. At this point there was so many layers of gel polish. The outcome was disaster. I wasted £30 for nothing. The next day I went to a different shop to take them off …. AVOID AVOID AVOID IF DAVID OR SUSIE isn’t THERE!!!!
My pedicure was great, done by a male. Satisfied with that , but when I went for my manicure and shellac removal, done by a different male, he shaved my nail down so much. When I left two of my nails were hurting so bad and then his base clear coat job was horrible, he didn’t even paint it on evenly, so roughly done. Would’ve preferred he didn’t at all. Lastly, didn’t even manicure me properly , so much dead skin still around my fingers, he barely did anything. Paid 20£ for the manicure, feel like I got ripped off
Love this place. Always super busy and you do realise why as it's always worth the wait. My nails last the longest of any other place I've been. I always struggle to stay awake for both hands and feet as it is always so relaxing. Also lovely electronic massage chairs when you have a pedicure.

Great customer service, however they are not keeping up to date with current nail trends and shapes, so they don’t understand when you describe what it is that you want. Asked for coffin shape nails and they just made them square.
