Got to the Salon just after they accepted customers and they were kind enough to make an exception for me. They still took their time and did everything perfectly. Would highly recommend! Will definitely be seeing me again ☺️

I went to remove my shellac normally they charge £5 but this time they said £10. She said she put nail vanish on this time. I didn’t even ask for it plus it was only clear, one layer nail vanish and it ended up being all patchy because it didn’t dry properly. Never going there again
I arranged an appointment to get my shellac nails replaced and new ones painted on. There was a great range of colours and the lady who did them paid great attention to detail and an amazing job. It was an added bonus that I found out they also did eyebrow waxing! So whilst I waited for my nails to soak the other lady did my brows! So disappointed with my nails. Nail lengths are all uneven, not filed properly and the colour is patchy and lumpy. I was left with skin and polish all around the edges of my nails (the photo is after trying to get it all off!) not worth the money and I wont be returning again.
I’ve been coming to this particular nail shop for a good few years now and every time have had a great experience. I usually have infills with acrylic and they last at least 3 weeks. Always happy with the treatment. On occasions I also get a pedicure which lasts me even longer, usually 5-6 weeks. All staff members are very friendly and always make me feel very welcome. They offer a loyalty scheme too so when you go for your 6th visit you get 20% discount. You can also park for free for 90 mins in Sainsbury’s car park which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this nail shop in Potters Bar.
