   I have been coming to Jenny for pedicures for a couple of years now. Her pedicures are the best, a nice massage chair, she’s chatty, bubbly and friendly, she takes her time with the hard skin and she uses exfoliants and creams too - I always get cat eye gel colours and they always look fabulously magical, and they never ever chip or fade or come off - EVER, and I’m a swimmer, swimming several times a week. Jenny has no airs or graces, she is a humble person with a humble business, she is honest and she always fits me in, many times late into the evening - I recommend for pedicures!!

   The lady is so sweet: but she can’t do nails if her life depended on it. No prep work. No powdered colours. No ability to shape. Can’t draw a French evenly. Didn’t even top coat it to the bottom of the nail. I wish she could do nails because she’s so sweet but she can’t.

   Absolutely love Jenny’s nails! She does a wonderful job! I come once a month and I’m always seen on time and Jenny is so friendly and nice! I get a manicure and pedicure done each month and it’s a great service! I can’t wait to come again!! I’ve been coming for several years now and will coming for many more!

   I got a manicure with normal polish, the lady was friendly. But rushed the whole process, the nail painting finish does not look professional or done by a qualified nail technician. When asking the lady to fix the issue, she painted over saying no one’s going to see it close up and it will take longer to dry. I could’ve done a better job painting my own nails. But you can tell by the pictures this isn’t what you expect when you go to get your nails done at a nail salon. Safe to say I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it.

   My nail fell off night before my trip, I called 7:55 frantic and she still allowed me to come even though she was closing at 8. I am highly graceful. However, the application of the nail was so so sloppy. She didn’t really smooth out the acrylic so the nail looks really thick, the lines on the nail were also really sloppy. She also did not match a coffin nail. She rushed the whole thing, and did it in minutes. Grateful and lovely lady, but application needs work

   The owner it s a lovely lady. The problem is that she's always in rush, so the quality often is not the best. However, she can do it good, if she's not in rush. I personally stopped going there.

   *Rushed my acrylic nails* I called to book a last minute appointment and she took me in at 7:30 even though she closes at 8 - which I am grateful for - however, if you’re not going to do the treatment properly it’s best not to book a client in. Half way through she was rushing and of course the design was not precise, she fixed it slightly but kept saying “okay done, done”. You can see in the picture the lines are messy. And as it was getting late I didn’t want to keep telling her to fix everything. She should not be taking appointments if she will be rushing them and not fully doing two coats of polish, then charging full price for something not done properly.

   Jenny was very nice and helpful. I came in to get my nail fixed (which I got done in a different shop originally) and she matched the colour perfectly and I prefer them to my original set! I will definitely be coming back thank you

   I paid £24 for pedicure, and got home to find still some hard skin & nail which as you can see in the picture, alot was left over. Poor quality!
