Seriously terrible terrible experience. The girl who did my nail didn’t ask if I liked it in the beginning. My nail was done soooo thick and didn’t look good. After a week I decided to remove it. It turned out they used the worst material on my nail and it completely ruined my nail. In the end, I paid 55 for completely damaged nails. My nails are sooooo thin now you can even see the blood inside. I feel like they just don’t care about you and your nail whatsever. No one deserves this.
I was not told they only accept cash until everything is done. Cracked shellac only the third day, a very unexpected quality in West Hampstead. Trust they can do better in the nail edge protection and improving service within their asking price. I gave two star, one star go for the time they spent, the other one is for the location.
I really like Nailux in West Hampstead. I’m also curious to try the new location in Kilburn. Winnie, especially, is super professional and does a beautiful job. Jack, the owner, seems very nice. He also does good work with my nails. Even though I’ve moved to West London, I still travel to get my nails done at this salon. They were very gracious in letting me get my nails fixed after I had a not-so-good experience at another branch. Overall, this is a great business that I will keep supporting.
Acrylics, Ombre, Cute glitter work. Great shaping, very firm even nails, so quick & brilliant atmosphere. Very fairly priced, definitely worth it!
