   Went into the dudley branch on Saturday morning. After waiting to get buzzed in, not one single person acknowledged us. We spent around 15 minutes in the store looking at different brochures to book cape Verde, But couldn't find the correct one. Then as we were leaving there was a woman on a computer looking at stuff on amazon. We took our business else where. And they wonder why Dudley is going down hill.

   General enquiry, what the status is like for a holiday in Spain, we are currently in amber so I'm waiting for it to become green due to personal reasons, though they could of explained a bit more ie what is the status now brexit is in place ie would I need a tourist visa etc which went amiss
