Appalling and extremely rude. I have never left a bad review but in this case I feel as though I have to to warn others. I asked for my nails to be removed after I had explained exactly what simple design I wanted- white french tips with pink acrylic powder-which the man still proceeded to do incorrectly for 3 hours. The nails were all different shapes and sizes, I had asked for sharp nails and sharp smile lines which were both rounded off. Even after I had showed the man a picture- a visual representation of what I wanted so he couldn’t get it wrong via miscommunication. I had asked for pink acrylic powder in which I received white acrylic powder which he reassured me was not going to come out transparent after he applied a pink gel coat, me trusting his expertise, I allowed him to continue but it was a very wrong mistake as it came out transparent which is exactly what I trying to avoid. Not only that but the man was electric filing my nails for 25 minutes due to his poor application of acrylic which shouldn’t have taken no longer than 15 minutes maximum. When I proceeded to cough due to the huge amounts of dust he had created and the poor ventilation in the shop, there was no customer service at all, I wasn’t even offered a bottle of water or a disposable mask. When I had asked him to simply paint my nails a darker gel colour over the top of his mistakes, which I was more than happy to pay more for, he was extremely rude even though I told him the nails were exactly what I didn’t want from the start. Lastly it was christmas eve which is self explanatory for why I was so upset afterwards- 3 hours of missing time that could have been spent on good memories with family. The photo attached are my nails after removal, if I had left those acrylic nails on I more than likely would’ve got contact dermatitis due to gel products left underneath my nails.
Friendly staff, nice clean shop. Busy, so obviously popular. Staff really keen to do exactly what you ask and check you are happy. Will definitely use this place again.
Amazing and clean. Seen straight away. Respected my religion and asked if I needed a woman to do my nails. My daughter and I only wanted nail care on our hands and feet with no colour polish. They went above and beyond. Such good care on our hands and feet. Felt relaxed and results were super clean soft hands and feet. We will definitely be back.
The best nail shop in south west London, has the best colours and spacious salon. Always does my nails to perfection with care. I come every three weeks to get my gel nails and pedicure done.
Do not use…. I booked an appointment for 9.30am and was the first customer in the shop that day. I was sat with the ‘lady’ at the front of the store by the customer waiting area. I went in for a simple SNS treatment I was going in for a simple French tip. The nails were unevenly layered and filed. She painted a pink gel cover on, which was flecked with dust and black specs. She became extremely aggressive and raising her voice at me when I simply and politely told her there were a few specs in the nails. POOR customer service! Avoid!!!
Do not go here!!! I waited ages for a appt , then two people came in and went before me , Also not even a week and two of my gels have come off , not happy at all as I wanted them for new year. Will not be going back!!
absolutely awful!! my friend came here as everywhere else was booked.he spent 2 hours on shape that was meant too be coffin told us they could do the design waited 10 minutes for another lady too do them she told us they didnt have the right colours and they made her soak off her nails in pure acetone! Also tried too charge her £42 for a simple design. + terrible service they are so rude! Dont come too this place they are so unprofessional.
Awful!!! I was sat down for over 30 minutes with nail vanish remover and tin foil on my nail awaiting someone to actually crack on with doing them, meanwhile new customers were coming in and getting seen before me! Asked for them to not file my nails which was ignored and done! End result seemed fine but an hour and 45 minutes and numerous swapping of chairs later - I only had shellac....Upon returning home half peeled off straight away on one nail, then today another has peeled off??? Never had this happen before - reason I have shellac is for it's hard wearing result!! I guess wasn't done incorrectly? They're closed on Sunday so couldn't go back to get re-done yesterday and unfortunately I wouldn't get home in time mid-week for their closing hours - what a waste of my money and my time and annoying I now need to get re-done GRRRR!
Had a gel nail manicure here and a pedicure. + Very happy with the finish + Neat work around the cuticles and edges. + Pedicure was fine. Feet feel soft after hard skin removal and scrub. + Great to be able to have the same colour polish as gel and also not gel (I had gel in hands and regular polish on feet in the same colour) - it was quite time consuming - 1hour and a half Hoping the gel nails last well. I will update the review after 2 weeks.
