    I’ve been going to Cha Rene spa for 5 years now and they’re exceptional at what they do. The quality and value for money is wonderful, the staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient and their range of products, colours and services is incredibly extensive. I now get Biab manicures and gel pedicures, all the added extras are included such as hot stone massages, oil, etc. If you’re North London based I’d HIGHLY recommend Cha Rene.

    Really good service, always so accommodating and efficient. My regular nail technician is Cindy and she is lovely, makes the whole experience enjoyable. Full of conversation while being very efficient. All the star is great and has great customer service, they make everyone feel welcome. I recently took my nephew to get his first mani and pedi and he will not stop raving about it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    This nail bar I have been coming to for more than 7 years with my mum and sisters honestly I would not go anywhere else Jessica and Mark all of the staff teams are lovely and very welcoming. I always feel so happy with my pedicure & manicure very time I have an appointment with Mark and always offered tea or coffee on arrival. Thank you so much to all the staff. Emma x :)

    I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. The manicure and pedicure is always excellent. They spend a lot of time on cuticles and shaping the nails. As well as the hot towels and hot stones! The paint always lasts a long time and is flawless.

    LOVE this salon. The staff are brilliant and Jessica and the team go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you what you ask for. It’s the BEST pedicure EVER. The hot stone massage with lovely oils and hot towel is the best part. After a long day at work it’s just what you need. The salon is clean and fresh I can’t recommend them enough

    One of the pedicurists pushed down so hard on my nails and cuticles that i had to pull my foot away a couple of times. A few weeks later my nail had gone black at the base. And a few weeks after that the whole nail has fallen off. Pretty furious.

    I love this nail bar, I’ve have gone to so many and they’re always friendly ,do a great job. You can’t moan when manicures are pretty cheap for how much work goes into them. I’ve been to this salon for over 2yrs,they are super clean too with equipment as well ! Julie Harper

    Very unsatisfactory experience. Poor communication due to the language barrier, I asked for an acrylic filler on one nail as I usually get from any other nail salon but I was told I needed a plastic tip. I disagreed but said I would leave it to them as they are the experts .... End result is one very un-natural looking nail. I did go back after as I was that unhappy but they sat me down with the same person who couldn't explain clearly what they were going to do so I just left and went to another salon who did a great job. Apart from that the actual manicure was poor. It's the second time I've had a sub-standard manicure from this salon. No more.

    I would normally rate this salon 3-4 stars depending on who takes care of you. But after my last visit a few days ago I have to lower that. The pros: it is very clean and efficient. You can walk in. Normally i have been happy with pedicure (shellac) followed by a (very quick) massage. However last time I went my toe nails were mostly all chipped after 4 days!!! This is shellac, lasts weeks! Cons: depending on who you get your nails might be terribly done, for the price you pay (40£). There are not terribly welcoming, a couple of the people are actually plain rude. Again, depends on who you get. It is a real shame that the service is so variable. It is a very close place to me and I would love it to be more reliable

    Great place to get Manicure and Pedicure. They only take cash so be prepared. Staff are friendly and you get offered Tea or coffee.
