I booked a last-minute holiday and my experience was originally good, when the agent asked me about travelling insurance, I declined and made a comment Saying I didn’t care about my life anyway, as a joke, at the time of me being in the sharp, I felt like we had built up a rapport and we both laughed about it and it completely left my mind, four hours before my holiday. The police Me saying that the travel agents have called them saying they’re concerned because I’m going to Egypt to kill myself. Absolutely ridiculous You chose to take a £2000 transaction from me when you’re supposedly that worried for my welfare, jealous. Horrible people would not recommend to absolutely anybody This is not going to ruin my holiday or my vibe, so you can stay bitter and jealous. I would not recommend this travel agent to absolutely anybody, and when I am back from my two week holiday in Egypt, I will be back to speak to you both in person and see why you thought it was appropriate to call the police rather than just voicing your concerns if you had any.
Absolute brilliant service from both ladies in Coop Halesowen , both Rachael and Charlotte couldn’t do enough for us . Have booked the last 2 holidays with them and will Definitely book our next with them .
Very poor service. Went to book flight on Friday but was told someone had an appointment so my name and number was taken and I was promised a call. The shop was empty! I nether got a call back.

No problems booking holiday, really helpful and friendly, however today I went in just to pickup my tickets which should have took just five minutes,it took over an hour,only two members of staff on, I know they were busy but they could of said do you mind if I just give this lady her tickets,it took just five minutes if that to get them and hand them over to me.
The staff are always pleasent and ready to help you when you need advice.
