It’s safe to say I’ve found my new favourite salon! Laura and team were so accommodating about my last minute request and were extremely welcoming. I had biab with coloured tips and they were meticulously done - I love them and can’t wait to be back! Thanks :)
I asked for the most natural French possible and this is what I got. The owner came up with a great plan (a single layer of the peach) but the tech still did two, and by the time she and I noticed it was too late to fix it. It was clearly not what I’d asked for and the owner acknowledged that it was way too pink, but I felt awkward about then asking for a discount, and still paid £48 for nails I’ll need to get redone elsewhere as it’s for a specific job. Some nails are great and flat and yet others are like my ring finger pictured. They were good about my broken nails, but also have two small nicks on my third and fourth finger. I also specifically requested Tommy in my booking as reviews say he’s amazing with attention to detail but I’m thinking I was maybe with someone else because attention to detail is not what I experienced!
They do a really good job but unfortunately the service is just very slow - even if you’ve booked you can expect to be waiting for a while and then the actual nails take longer than I’ve experienced at other nail salons - but when they are finished they look great!
Best nail shop I have ever gone to! They are very welcoming and are lovely people. You won’t be disappointed
I love Laura’s nails!! I went today for the first time in about a year and was reminded why I used to visit all the time. Lovely staff and so attentive to detail my nails look perfect!!
Long service, was here for over 2.5hrs. Nails were bubbled on surface. Poor attention to details. Many of my French tip were miss painted. They did offer for me to return tomorrow, but I simply don’t have time with a newborn, would have liked a proper service first time round. Avoid at all costs, will not be returning!
I went for a manicure a few days ago and was kept waiting for 30 minutes. I was polite about it and I had the pedicure which was pleasant. A few days after though I noticed my nails were all cracked and my heels have gone really dry, they also have blisters on them. I’ve looked online and this can be from someone over doing it with the pedicure. My feet look worse now than they did before. And I’ve never experienced this from another place before. Needless to say I wont be going back. I never normally leave reviews but had to be done.
