Quick service with really good attention to detail. Also good communication through their instagram. You could tell the manager really cared about the progress of all her clients nails by regularly checking in and asking if you like it. The nail prep and base I’m really satisfied with. The nail art I asked for I do like but it isn’t 100% like the reference photo I gave so I’m not sure if I would recommend for nail art. All in all I’m happy for

Got this done by a lovely lady. Everyone there is super nice. Also received a free gift which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend. Decent price for central london!

Absolutely awful experience I went in for a gel mani-pedi with their 20% discount, supposed to come to around £76. The pedicure was mid at best, honestly worse than cheaper places I’ve been to. The real disaster was the nail shaping. I came in with long toenails specifically so they could make a clean square shape. At first the cut looked fine, but once she started filing, she completely ruined it. One nail ended up literally diagonal. When I pointed it out, she tried to blame my toe and then my nail. No, it was her shaping. I’m not sitting there checking every second; if I have to babysit the tech, I’m not relaxing. I asked for straight square. She kept filing trying to “fix” it, and made it shorter and shorter until it hurt. And on one feet I had square, decent shape and the other one shorter and round. I finally told her to stop, paid the £35 for the pedicure, and left. And on top of all that, there was some random woman walking around with a huge camera recording people’s hands and feet without asking anyone. She literally pointed the camera at my feet. Another customer even called it out. Usually people get paid or they give permission/consent when their hands or feet are used for content. Nobody asked for consent, nobody explained anything. Completely unprofessional and honestly creepy. Now I need to get an extension done somewhere else because I have an event and need open heels. For a central London salon, this was embarrassing. Terrible quality, zero professionalism, and they ruined my nail. Never again.

I had a mani & pedi both times i’ve been at this salon and had great experience. The therapists are very friendly and professional and the salon is clean with a great location just off Oxford St. Lots of colour options for all types of nail treatments. I’d go back and definitely recommend!

Definitely not coming back. They treated me well first time visiting; also made me write a review, and today my second time was really a bad experience, first someone welcomed me and seated me and touched my nails then passed to someone else to remove and paint the nails, not blame to the technician as I believe she was new. I saw her struggling, also I choose a colour that was a bit chromed, but it was the colour itself like that I was never told that I will be charged 10£ extra for that, and then the owner who received me never checked how was everything going as she looks new. At the moment of paying, she asked me 48£ for? I asked and she didn’t even know why, then asked to the owner and said for the chrome, but it was a colour, the colour came like that, so I believe she wanted just charged extra. Not recommending this place, definitely not worth the money for such a bad technique, you can see in the pictures, I am not exaggerating, there is relieve and thigh colour bump to the end of the nail, also had to ask her for the length and shape! Which they should ask you before start.

First time as a customer here and the guy that did my nails was so professional and made me and my bf feel very comfortable. He also gave very good advice. The nails are so pretty and I will defiantly go there again!

Extremely dissatisfied with my nails, they were done so poorly. Very rushed, not enough time and effort taken to carry out the expected result. I wanted French tip nails done but the nail technician paid more attention to another client while doing my nails. They charged me at an extortionate price at 33£. I got them done 4 days ago, with the nail technician stating they would last 2 weeks! I’m highly disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend! Horrible customer service and the waiting time was horrendous, nearly an hour waiting for my nails to finish….

The staff are all super lovely and accommodating – doing whatever they can to fit you in if you’re like me and prone to simply walking in.I usually end up with the same lady doing my nails and she’s so, SO quick but somehow doesn’t rush? Always leave with high quality nails that get me a ton of compliments. Can’t recommend enough!

I've been going to Top Nails for years and can't say enough good things about it! The nail technicians are extremely friendly, professional, and talented. Whenever I get my nails done, people always compliment me on how nice they look. Will be back and recommend it to my friends!

Do not recommend. Poor quality. Went for a refill of my gel extension but got acrylic as they mainly do that. The nail was done in a haste. Not the best results at all when paid for £50. The nail technicians was in a hurry.. her hands were shaking so much. The result turned out that the nails were not well shaped and the nail were thick. Very disappointed. After ONLY ONE week of having the nail refill the thumb nail broke.
