   I have been going to this place for many years and been a loyal customer here but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back. Service depends on the person ( nail technician) doing your nails but my last couple of visits have left me disappointed. Today it felt rushed and I was not happy with the service provided, I walked out thinking it was a waste of my £23 (cash). Having had pedicures over the years, I feel confident in making comparisons, and unfortunately, my recent visits have fallen short. Also i felt customer service overall fell short. This review reflects my opinion through my personal experience only.

   I’ve just read some of the negative comments and I couldn’t disagree more! I’ve been going here for years! 6 to be precise. Never had a problem and they are always friendly and the pedicure is like no other. Reasonably priced as others charge way more! And the service you receive is outstanding. If people think they are rude and quick then they don’t realise how busy this salon is!

   its staff are lovely but the job is rushed and its never near enough the same from an image.. and on top its costly.. id rather have someone do my nails not rush the job i dont even care if its not the same as the picture i show them.

   Left very dissapointed. Twice cut my finger with the nail file and were very rough. Although I had a picture of what I wanted the final result wasn't even close to the desired shape or pattern although it was a very simple one. I'm afraid I won't be using them again.

   The products they use is really low quality. My manicure was left with bubbles once dried and lasted 2 days only. Pedicure was rushed and no scrub was use. Didn’t even look like I had a pedicure done. They over book and rush the job.
