   honestly so so disappointed with my nails, the guy cut a qauter of my nail off then tried to say it was my skin that he cut off not my nail. Don’t even want to show my nails off at all they look horrible and the painting looks bumpy and horrible too. Now I have a slanted nail that took me so long to grow. Will never return again! What a waste of £43. Plus I had to tell him to remove the not nice stuff under my nails which I shouldn’t have to in a pedicure!!

   I went to Cockfosters nails once before and was pleasantly surprised, this time around it was awful. Maybe they have gotten too busy to care but after I change my base colour in the pedicure multiple times they still couldn’t get it right. I simply asked for a nude ( to match my base on my hands) and was left with an ugly purplish colour. On my way out a women asked is this okay? And I said no and she just walked off. Incredibly disappointed and a waste of £95. Also whilst doing my acrylic I was in such pain with the constant tugging. Nothing like the picture I presented. Safe to say I will discourage anyone from going! There is a great salon in new Barnet which is better.

   Really terrible £70 later , my gel pedicure is already peeling off and terribly painted , my manicure - shaped so badly! When asked it was too much effort for the guy to reshape …. Honestly they are so busy they don’t care . It was all rushed and a waste of my money! Told they don’t accept card and had to do a bank transfer ! And then lady was so aggressive and wanted me to prove it had gone though and asked me to scroll through my account even though I showed her the tick when it went through! I will be claiming my money back through the bank and will not be visiting here again! Too busy to care about new customers ! I cannot come back to you now and as I have went on holiday the next day with awful nails ! Please refund me …. I’ll send you my transaction date and ref .

   i am super disappointed with this place the reason being ,on tuesday i decided to get my nails done as a treat but by friday , there are 3 nails still on my hands . not only is this incredibly annoying but also incredibly bad.

   I visited to get builder gel removed as my usual nail tech was unavailable. Used drill bits on me that were previously used on other customers, no soak off as I’ve previously had with my usual nail tech. My nails were left incredibly thin and a little sensitive, which has never happened before. On a separate note, I noticed the woman beside me had several greenies on a at least 2 of her nails and the nail tech was still applying acrylic to them. When paying the ATM was out of service so I had to transfer and was asked to show the bank transfer. A tap and pay would have been easier and less awkward. I felt quite uncomfortable about the whole experience and I wouldn’t recommend due to work and hygiene processes that I personally noticed.

   AVOID at all costs! Price continues to spike up in changes depending on who I’m approached by after walking through the doors,myself my mother and my brother came in for treatments on a strict schedule as we were flying out the next day. Asked for 3 pedicures,which were rushed and not done professionally, my brothers first experience in a nail shop and it was appalling,a waste of money if you will. I got an acrylic set which was actually a joke to be charged £80,after realising I was indefinitely unhappy with my nails,I called in and was told politely to come back to the store and after arriving,the manger or whoever,gave such a rude and disrespectful attitude,also proceeded to overly touch my hands and pull me over to the chair to try and sort it,to the point the whole entire salon were focused on our conversation and when I realised it was becoming a scenic problem,I decided to walk out and NEVER WILL I BE GOING BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE,they are cash hungry. p.s. (Cockfosters nails,internet troll) save your reply for someone who cares,because when I did you made it an issue…so miss me with that bs).

   Clean, friendly, experts in their field. Visited the salon 4 weeks ago and my shellac is still in tact. Going back to have them done again today as they have grown out. Lady that does eyebrows is also amazing.

   They are very good but can be very distractive. Two episodes leave me thinking if I should come back… First the lady who was doing my nails stopped every 3 min to do something… I was on my lunch break rushing and she stops to speak with clients, answer the phone 3x, receive payments… etc The second episode was someone that was doing my nails, and came another client and asked her to do her nails… she stopped to do my nails to do another client nails… looks like they do have preferred customers… so I need change my sit to other customer, and do with another professional that I don’t really like to much… very unprofessional on my point of view… Probably I”ll look somewhere to go to do my nails.

   I only get shellac but it's always fabulous. And seems to last much longer than when I've had my nails done in different salons. The staff are lovely and helpful. The salon is clean and bright.

   Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail tech. The first one I went to, did such a horrible job on my nails that I was looking for where to take it off after three days. Luckily, someone referred me to Cockfosters nail and I can happily say that I will keep going to them cos they know their art and do a very good job @ it. And they are kind as well. No complaints. 5 stars from me with love to all the people who work there.
