   5 star service from Lan, can’t believe I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and only just using them! I recently got a pedi two weeks ago which wasn’t up to my standards but I am thoroughly impressed with the Pedi I received this morning. Lan is extremely friendly and hospital - P.S Thanks so much for the Vietnamese coffee I’m officially converted!

   Lovely staff, Tracey and Lan. I've never had a problem with the way my manicures & pedicures turn out. Tracey has even closed late for me, as I didn't finish work until 630 pm. Knowing I'm going on holiday the next day. I work over 10 miles away getting to the salon in rush hour traffic. Previous post stating BME not to use this salon should not be heeded, as I am BME. Tracey has gone over and above for me. My daughter also uses the salon and never has a complaint.

   No thrills service delivered by competent staff , who mostly take pride in what they do. The customer service has been raised as an issue in previous reviews - like I said this is no thrills - they get the job done and I've been happy with my nails on to date.

   Tracey has done my nails for over 15 years.. She is brilliant. The service is outstanding. You are never kept waiting, the salon doesn't have that horrible "nail" smell that many other nail shops have. Tracey and her staff are always welcoming and friendly and I look foward to going there for my appointments every 3 weeks. My nails last so well and I would NEVER go anywhere else. They are without a doubt the BEST in London.

   I have been doing my nails for years and nobody I've been to does my nails to the same standard as Tracey. Quite simply her skill is unparalleled! My nails last for such a long time and are always done to such a high standard. I am frequently asked where I had them done and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with discerning tastes.
