I was not happy at all with the outcome of my nails, as I asked for biab infill. He did not infill them correctly with the builder gel but only added another coat when I pointed it out. The person doing my nails left and went to another customer as he couldn't do the nails I had originally asked for. Then after he finished with the other customer he decided to rush my nails, using thick coats of the nail varnish in a rush which completely changed the nail shape and because of that I had to tell him to file my nails again. Customers kept coming, so he wanted to have as many customers in as possible. As a business you are meant to be considerate of your customers.

They were amazing. I don’t even have the words to fully express what this experience meant to me. I was met with so much kindness, trust, and care. Not only did they do my nails, but they did my toes too — with chrome on both. I felt like I was being taken care of in a way I didn’t even know I needed. They didn’t just do a service; they gave me a moment of grace I’ll never forget. My nails are absolutely stunning — elegant, glossy, and flawless. But even more than that, I left feeling beautiful, seen, and deeply touched by the warmth and generosity I received here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’ll be back — not just because of the nails, but because of how you made me feel. The most amazing place, this is your sign to go here.

The staff is really lovely and professional, they treated my nails gently and nicely. But now that I am out of the salon and look at the details of the work, I am really disappointed. The edges are all wonky and it does not look professional. Really disappointed, especially since I paid 70£ for extra gel buildup

WOW. You would not believe I got my nails done 2-3 days ago!! Went in for acrylics and the lady recommended getting gel nails which should've been £35 but the nail tech claimed that because I had chosen a shellac it would be £50, shellac lasts longer as I've had it last three weeks before so I didn't argue however she could've said when I was getting them done.Anyway by the end of day 1 there were air bubbles forming on my nails but I didn't think anything of it. By the end of day two the top layer had already peeled on most nails, and it's still going. I'm heading in tmrw to see if they can redo it or give me a refund because I this is absurd!!!!! £50 nails only lasting three days... WOW

SCAMMED!!!! I would give this place a 0 if it was possible. First of all I want to say the lady who did my feet was incredible and she was so lovely and I would’ve loved to tip her if it wasn’t so expensive. I had a pedicure which should’ve been £49 which was told when I finished that it was £55. My partner also got his done and it was £35 then he was offered a foot mask which we were not informed it was £5 extra charge. My partners manicure was very rushed and I felt very unsatisfied with the service. When my partner had the foot mask on the man proceeded to do another ladies eyebrows and nails for 30 minutes before coming back to take the mask off his feet when he said he would be 10 minutes. If you’re going to put prices that high the service should be excellent and he was terrible. When it came to paying he said it was £95 I said that I will pay £90 as I was not aware of the extra charge for the foot mask. The man went on to shout at me at how it was unfair that I said he gave bad service and that I had to pay £95. I paid £90 and it was the biggest waste of money. I will never be going back there the man has no customer service skills and he is damn right rude. They had to fill my bowl with kettle water because their water wasn’t heating up. I would understand if he was apologetic because these things happen but the way he responded to me knowing that I am a customer was disgusting and I am shocked at how much it cost.

Best pedicure 3 weeks later, still fully intact! Came in for a simple pedicure, and 3 weeks later not a single chip on my nails. At the time I thought the price was a little steep for what I had done (£45) but ultimately proof is in the pudding as it’s more than paid off since then - thank you!

I've been doing my nails here for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. The service is outstanding , super fast and they always do an amazing job. They are really friendly and always make sure I'm happy with the results, which is the case 100% of the time. I highly recommend them.

Had the older woman who I think is the owner. Definitely not a manicure I’m proud of. I kept asking “please make them thin” and then I asked her twice to cut them down. They are still bulky and bulbous. When I first walked in I said I wanted matte.I reminded her TWICE that I wanted matte. She did them shiny then was mad and SHE was complaining when she said ”all done“ and I reminded her I wanted matte. She didn’t even give me hand lotion. Then I noticed she left like 1/4 inch of nail exposed on one my fingers and she was so snarky when I asked her to fix it. While I was there a man came in and complained that she had taken advantage of his 15 year old daughter by upcharging her unfairly. I stood up for the Nail owner as she had become flustered and wasn’t explaining it to the man very well, so I helped explain that different designs often have higher prices. And what does the owner do? She does a poor lumpy manicure AND up charged me from 32 to 45. PS it’s cash only - so unless you want to walk two blocks to an ATM like I did, bring cash.

‼️Worst service ever I got gel nails with gel paint for my wedding, and I had to pay extra to get the cuticle remove, the owner said that was a luxury manicure (just for the cuticle) so I had to pay 60 pounds in total. The worst part is that the quality was so bad that they didn’t even last to the wedding day, one fell the day before and I had to go back to fix it only two hours before the ceremony, the attitude of the owner was basically to blame me for the bad quality of his work. Two days after that two more fell and a week after there is nothing left. Gel nails are supposed to last longer and mines didn’t even last until Christmas. I definitely do not recommend going to this place, the owner will tell you every two second to trust him that he knows what he is doing and you will end up with overpriced bad quality and poorly placed and pinted nails.
