I’ve been coming to Chi’s for a long time. Along with excellent service and kindness, Chi always does my nails exactly how I want. Everyone at the studio is lovely and very good at their job.
The biggest turn-off was the complete lack of hygiene. Nothing seemed to be sterilized, cleaned, or properly disinfected. I was seated immediately after another client, and the workstation was not cleaned at all. The same nail clippers were used on me after being used on the previous customer. When the technician started working on my cuticles, I asked if she has clean the drill bits. She said yes, then briefly applied a liquid to the bit as if to clean it (likely isopropyl alcohol), which is not proper sterilization. All drill bits and files appear to be shared among all customers and technicians, moving between workstations, extremely awful. I booked BIAB extensions, but powder extensions were done instead. The people pleaser in me could not complain in front of them but I was in complete distress. While the nails look similar to the reference photo I provided, the attention to detail is lacking. The sides are not fully sealed, so I expect them to break within a few days. My hair also gets caught under the nails when I wash it, which is another sign the extensions were not done correctly.
Worst experience ever. I will never go back to this nail salon. It was truly horrible. I’ve had many nail treatments in London, and this was by far the worst. I felt pain during the process, and I did not see the instruments being sterilised as they are in other professional salons. On top of that, the final bill was £140 — which is outrageous. I have had far more detailed designs and extras elsewhere and never paid anywhere near this amount. I feel completely robbed. The design is not worth the price, and the whole experience was unacceptable.
I love love love going to paint!!!! They offer so many great colors and every single nail tech there is so talented with nail art!! When you walk in it’s all great vibes, the music is always good and it always smells fantastic, not typical for a nail salon! I recommend paint to all of my friends and family.

I received a gel manicure from Chi and the experience was very good. The check in and out process was very easy, the service was prompt and the manicure was efficient while being very carefully and thoughtfully done. This is the most satisfied I’ve been with a manicure in a while. The hand and arm massage was also lovely.
I have been coming here for about 3 years. Chi's Nails Studio are simply the best all around. Professional, talented and punctual. I always feel happy when they do my nails. Beautiful and clean salon. Love this place
Chi and her team are incredible. Any nail design or style they can do. The salon is so beautiful and is such a nice atmosphere to sit and have your nails done. I would definitely recommend them as one of the best nails salons in Central London as the precision and care the employees take is unlike so many other salons I have been to. These are some of the sets Chi has done for me.
