I think the name has changed to Whitecross spa and nails but it’s amazing!! Such great value for money and amazing service! This is going to be my regular for sure!!

Very happy :) they took me in immediately as was quiet and went straight to work. I asked for gel nails and they even double coated my nails as she said they were long and wouldn't want them to break. Very reasonably priced too!
Very unhappy with this shellac removal. The gel remover was hardly left on for much time so the technician was fighting to get the gel off as it wasn't soaked for long enough. This is the result I get at home when I do it myself and I've been to another salon down the road and didn't get this result then. Suppose this is what I get for getting gels removed for £7! I haven't had any other treatments here Update one month later in photos with shorter nails. Still growing the damage out... Update 4 months later (5th picture): nailology advised to let my nails grow out further as it's only half way on the mend. Devastated with my nails looking this way. 100% do not recommend removals with this Spa.
Quick, precise and friendly service! I am very pleased with the results! The nail technician was very knowledgeable and asking questions about the nails I already had on. They fixed the botched nails from a different salon I had been to a week earlier, with no damage to my nails. 5/5 would recommend! Thank you very much Mr Nha for being so kind!

Bad experience, will never be coming back. First of all, the person I booked for wasn’t available at the moment so someone else did the job. It was done quickly and carefulness, hurt me several times and put extremely thick extensions even though I said I wanted something subtle. Today, 2 weeks after, I went to get them removed at a renowned place with professionals and they were astonished seeing the work they’ve done and how they left my nails. Ah, I almost forgot that they took advantage of my no-knowledge because they charged me extra 5 pound in cash because they used something else that wasn’t in the package. Could keep going saying bad things but I don’t see the point.
Pleasant people but not professional nail technicians. My manicure was ok but the pedicure was very bad. The Photo is what my toe nail looks like after the second try. Colour doesn’t match in both feet. I tried to explain to the lady insisted she applied similar amount. Not worth the 40 quid paid or the brittle nails I will get afterwards for such a bad result - photo taken couple of hours after I left the nail bar.
Really lovely staff, helped me with what I wanted, because I wanted gel powder but wasn’t sure the difference between that and acrylic, and I always used to get acrylic but some places didn’t them really badly for the money you pay. The lady explained it all and I got gel and gel polish... really good length and shape! Very please. They give you a receipt so if in two weeks any polish comes off they will repaint for free... which I think is really good.. normally if the polish comes off from other places they usually moan about having to redo it. So a very good gesture. Look forward to my next time!!
