I've finally found a hairdresser who does what I ask them to do. For years, with my long hair, hairdressers have turned into demons with their scissors, cutting my hair short without my permission. I cannot thank you enough , the results were stunning and the compliments flowed. I now have a hairdresser! YAH
Had acrylic nails done, the best I've ever had, Maria used top quality Acrylic powder and no drilling on nail bed, and they last ages no breaking, splitting or chipping. Can't recommend highly enough and I've tried loads of different nail bars. I've now had the infills and will not go anywhere else.
They were incredibly rough, with little to no affection to my wife’s sensitive areas. Hygiene and cleanliness were also not up to standards. Please avoid this beauty salon as they clearly do not value your business.
I've been going to Hard Az nails gor over 10 years now on and off. Seen staff come and go, Always professional friendly, and hospitable. Maria and Jade are so lovely and and im always made to ferl comfortable on my visits.
Great experience. New to the area and very nervous about going to a new place after years of having the same stylist in Wales. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. Jade made me feel in safe hands, offered great hair care advice and gave me a fabulous cut! So this will be my new salon! Highly recommend !

The first time I had my hair cut here it was a really positive experience. The lady seemed to know how to cut curly hair and she did a great job. As I was trying to grow it out it looked and felt like a great starting point once finished. When I went back for a trim however, I'm sorry to say that she did a really poor job. Everything she had said and done previously was contradicted. She basically butchered my hair, cutting more off so it is now shorter than the first time it was cut and also thinned the ends thus creating frizz, which I don't generally have. Any good stylist knows that you need weight at the ends of curls and cutting into it is no good. Long layers will give shorter layers when it's dry. I wasn't watching her every move so when I noticed her cutting into it what could I do, it would have been a worse experience. I'm still so upset and now can't do anything with my hair but tie it up and wait. On another note I also had a wax here... The lady who did this for me was kind, made me feel comfortable and it was a good experience with good results. I can't stress how upset I am with my head hair though but she was also kind and friendly.
