   After being a loyal customer for a long time, I have decided that yesterday was my last visit to this nail salon. On several recent occasions, I asked for a new style and showed a picture. Each time they said yes, but I ended up with a basic colour or design that did not look like what I had asked for. This felt like a waste of both time and money, and I always left disappointed. In addition, the man who usually does my nails consistently leaves a noticeable gap near the cuticle, even when doing a full proper manicure with the cuticles removed, making my nails look as if they were done a week ago. I have reminded him many times to work closer so they look fresh, but it never improves (see the picture from yesterday when I left the place). When you ask for shorter nails or for the nail to be properly covered, they either don’t listen or seem upset, which makes the experience uncomfortable. The lady who owns the place is lovely, but unfortunately I can’t keep coming back if I leave disappointed with the results every time. :(

   Very friendly and professional staff. Been getting my nails done here for over a year, and it’s been great every time (no chipping, lasting for weeks). Whether it’s just simple nail color or some nail art, they always provide the best service.

   I have been to this shop 3 times,(giving them the benefit due to their politeness) , however the quality of how they do nails is very bad. Within 3 days of getting gel infills- my nail vanish is pealing of. On one occasion- 6 nails came off in the space of 5days. So inconvenient to keep having to return to get these fixed. By the 3rd experience I have decided not to return. My sister has experienced the same. The picture below is within 3 days of infills!

   I done my nails there before ,it was a quick nail done but today when I went there with my son sleeping in the buggy, the man who work was so rude. He said we don't do nails becouse I had kid. The shop was half emty too.

   Got a gel manicure - my cuticles were cut back too far so they all peeled, bled and were sore for weeks. I went back to get the gels removed and they used the drill to file the gel off - they’re now all rough and feel horrible. Wouldn’t go back.

   Young guy is bit friendly, but looking back feel like service was rushed and service, that I didn't get just not happy with finish look two days in doesn't have that fresh look. Got Acrylic nails with gel polish. Ask for gel nails with little extension.

   By far the worst experience. I decided to go to blossom nails to fix two nails. I was asked for the colour I wanted, and I chose it accordingly. The woman I believe to be the mother and wife, as it is a family-owned business, reassured me that there was no glitter, so we agreed to use it. After a long wait and being asked to move chairs four times, I was given the dad to do my nails. He started the standard procedure and then went on to add the acrylic. I noticed glitter and calmly said to him, "no, sorry, I don't want glitter" before I could even blink, the man grabbed my hand and tried to cut the nails off. Out of pure disbelief and shock, I jumped and screamed. The man “Ling” nearly cut my finger. He aggressively got up and moved towards me like he wanted to attack me. His wife, two sons and "Ling" then started to attack me in English and their language verbally. I called the police because I felt threatened, and he was warned. DO NOT go to this nails shop even as a drop-in. They are aggressive, unprofessional, and always have fights and confrontations with people. Please read the reviews. It isn't very good. I left the nail shop with my nails half completed in tears and embarrassed at such a crazy ordeal that had taken place. I was also told it would cost £10; however, when checking the price list, it cost £6, to be fair. I was happy to pay whatever to get out quickly, but by the time Ling tried to cut me and attack me I was not able to stay there anymore
