   I only went to this salon because it’s close to my house, but never again. The staff were shouting the whole time, making it anything but relaxing. Almost four different people took turns on my nails, which felt messy and unprofessional. From far away my nails look okay, but up close they’re full of mistakes. Total waste of time and money.

   Easily the worst and I mean the absolute worst place on earth to get your nails done. I’ve been getting my nails done in easily dozens and dozens of places in multiple countries for the last 15 years and this place has by far the poorest quality service and nails I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. If you read this and still choose to go there then that’s on you. -2/5.

   A rip off. I came here for the first time for an INFILL and was charged near enough £40 for them to absolutely do horrendous things to my hands. The infill wasn’t filed enough so the paint job looks bumpy, and my nails are WONKY on all levels.

   I had a terrible experience at this salon. The staff seemed to do whatever they pleased and still charged me, even though they ruined my nails. I requested a French manicure with a gold chrome border, but the technician used a very light nude shade, making my natural nails look too transparent. To make matters worse, the chrome started peeling off on the very first day. When I pointed out the issue, the staff became defensive and started shouting, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, so we left. I would not recommend this place.

   Linh , Annie , Jasmine and the big bosss mama - mama does not take any rubbish and very nice woman who makes you feel at home . Every time i come i get 5 star treatment and they listen to what I need . The businesss makes me feel like I’m with family . Thanks for all treatments and I will see you soon . Thanks Tom nails

   I wish I could give this place 0* - SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION! Please avoid going to this place the first time i went the nails the substances they used made my nails burn to the point where I had to wave my hands in attempt to cool them down, at the end of my service (although I said I could go before) the woman grabbed my phone with my card as a deposit to ensure I returned. STUPIDLY I returned for a second time as they closed late and were the only place available, I experience the same burning (feels like someone is drilling through your finger no exaggeration) the woman next to me also complained. The staff were extremely rude and impatient, I started to have a reaction whilst at the shop and felt so tired couldn't finish - on my home I had a severe allergic reaction all the way up both arms and to top it off my nails that I had paid £50 where lifting by the next day and had fallen off within the first couple of days. I wouldn't step foot in there if you paid me - steer clear!

   I come to do my nails. I was waiting around 30 minutes. They were busy so they tried to make fast but not good. Finally I get my nails done but they didn’t paint correctly and also was to thick. I come back the next day to do again or fix my horrible nails. He didn’t understand what i want. In the beginning I told him 2 times to keep my diamonds and later he asked me why I didn’t told him before and he looks annoyed. He was so concentrated speaking with his colleagues instead of make a good job. I paid 10£ for that diamonds and he didn’t put my back. I’m so upset. I’ll never come back. I hate my nails looks like gums stuck to my finger

   New nail salon so I chanced it for an acrylic infill and new colour. Have to say the service was fantastic, quality of the nails was amazing and exactly how I wanted them. The salon is brand new with all the necessary Covid-19 safety measures in place and the prices are good. This will be my new regular nail shop! Highly recommended.
