First class company with excellant drivers. Fabulous day at Harry Potter Studios. Driver Phil was brilliant and feeder coach driver Clive always goes above and beyond.
We have just had a Turkey and tinsel 5 day break at Howden court hotel Torquay with greenline coaches. Superb hotel, family run, Pete and family looked after us so well. Great food and lots of laughs!! Steve our driver was great, making sure we were well informed despite not being well !
Not what it used to be! We travelled to Blackpool for the Lights and were really disappointed this time. The coach picked us up in Oldbury at 1pm and didn’t get into Blackpool until after 4pm — far too late. We had Tower tickets booked for 3pm, which we completely missed. In the past, the last pick-up was always around 9am for the Lights tour, which worked much better. Whoever decided on the later pick-up made a poor choice. It’s such a shame to see how things have changed since the company was taken over by an investor in London. I’ve also noticed a lot of negative reviews disappearing online — I really hope the investor, Kemi Egan, is actually seeing this feedback and taking it seriously. We’ll be looking for another local coach company next time.
I pride myself on being able to very quickly understand the guiding principles of a company and having enjoyed a 4 day break over the new year with Greenline it is obvious they pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service. I hope the owner Andy understands what a valuable asset he has with the calibre of the people he has employed working for him. On our trip we had our driver Dave and his wife Tammy who were exceptional, they were incredibly focused on making sure every single person was informed, entertained and part of the whole holiday experience. They were caring over and above what was expected of them and it is obvious to see why people return again and again to travel with Greenline when such a family atmosphere is created by these two hard working professional individuals. It was our privilege to enjoy this New Years break with them.

Been with this company a few times, always excellent drivers . Use the pick up service from home to the main coach and really pleased with the efficiency of that, better than hoping taxi will turn up on time. Had brilliant time in Morecambe at the Auckland hotel, excellent food and nice room, bed really comfy, two excellent excursions, rearranged, train from Ravenglass to Boot was excellent also the boat trip on Windermere was amazing, also Nigel and Lynne excellent hosts
We booked a big family day trip to Blackpool illuminations. Coach was there to pick us up on time. Coach driver was lovely. We arrived in Blackpool he told us we had to be back at coach for 4.40pm we left the car park at 5pm. We thought he was going to drive to the start of them and take us on an hour tour through them. But no we was half way up it was still light he drove through a little bit then headed back home. There was people on the coach who also was disappointed and said they have never done this before as they go on them most years. We are really disappointed that we didn’t even get to see the lights and also the fact we have sent numerous emails and we haven’t even had a reply back with an apology or even a reason why we didn’t get the full experience. We definitely won’t be booking again. Here is a picture of how light it was as well.
