   Do not waste your time here!!! I’ve been going for years, however I received the most rubbish service today that I will never be going back. Thuy is a money grabbing lying lady and all she thinks about is money. I had 2 fake nails put on as my nails had broken and she was charging me £5 which is completely fine but wouldn’t confirm the charge per nail. She kept saying that I had 4 fake nails when I only had 2. How can she blatantly lie in my face when I know how many nails were put on my hand and she weren’t even the one that done it!!! It’s not the first time that I’ve had a nail put on and I’ve never been charged extra however it’s fine that she was charging me but couldn’t confirm how much per nail and kept lying in my face that I had 4 nails! Honestly, she is just a money grabbing cow. I never want to see this lady again and I’ll never be going back. She lost a genuine regular customer due to being greedy. Other things to consider when visiting this place: 1. They constantly swap around workers who are working on your nails. Example, a customer would walk in so the person currently doing nails would move to that customer and just leave nails they are working on. What is this all about? 2. Thuy would tell you the wait is 5 minutes and have you sitting there for an hour waiting to get your nails done. Ridiculous shop.

   Went this salon for years but stopped when I heard about them using racist language against black women. I initially liked the fact that they were fast once you are seen, but the reality is, It’s a cattle market with no care for the customers or your nails, it’s all about the money. It’s unhygienic and some of the nail techs are also extremely rude. Would never use this salon ever again.

   The place is very unhygienic. Cuticles have not been treated properly. They don't know how to do a proper manicure and they use the same file on everyone. They don't clean properly the items for manicure. They don’t use a sanitizing machine for the items. Would not recommend it. Unless you like a poor job even if you are paying for it.

   Called to make an appointment, was told they had space and to come at the given time. When I arrived, it was really busy, every seat full and then another 8 customers waiting to be seen. One of the ladies asked what I wanted, I told her j had an appt for shellac. She nodded and that was it. I was left waiting for 25 minutes beyond my appointment time before leaving as they were seeing other customers before me despite my appt. Really unprofessional service. Don't waste people's time by offering appointments you have no intention of keeping. The place also looked like it needed a good clean too. Will stick to other local businesses who appreciate new clients

   Very weird place. Would not recommend! Went to get my nails taken off & they constantly tried to persuade me to get other stuff done even after saying no 5 times. Clearly hungry for money & their customer service was poor.

   When I get my nails done,they always provide me great quality for my money. I always love my nails are done at the nail bar. The nail artists are great at creating beautiful designs on my nails.I get my nails shlacked they always last for a long period of time.I posted two screenshots of my nails from last time I went their the second screenshot was of my nails about a month and a bit after they were done.I love the way my nails are done at this nail bar ❤❤❤. This nails bar is so popular, I would advice anyone reading this to go earlier during the day as they are a lot busier in the afternoon. Best nail bar to go to with a small group of freinds.

   I’m honestly very very upset with my nails. The lady didn’t listen to me even though she saw what I wanted on my phone and said she could do it. There is soooo much acyclic on top of my nail bed. It’s suppose to be C Curl tips you can’t even see that anymore. It’s honestly my worst ever set. In 2021 we shouldn’t have bulky nails anymore. I’m very disappointed.

   Can do a wide range of styles and art. Always busy so try to book ahead but walk ins welcome too. Expect to wait. Overall good service and reasonable prices. Got what I asked for pretty easily.
