   I give 10 stars! It is always an absolute pleasure to visit TNG! The customer service is always first class, the booked treatments start always on time, there’s no rush, no waiting. The quality of the products is great and my gel polish looks shiny for weeks after I get them done. If it wasn’t for the nails growing I reckon I could keep the same polish for like 3 months. It really is the friendly and professional service that makes the different and makes me come back every time. I’m going through menopause and I arrived feeling quite flustered to my latest appointment. Susan then brought me a table fan to relieve me. It helped so much. I will be coming back every time and will recommend TNGs services to anyone I know that has a good sense to choose the best.

   I just wanted to share how fantastic the Nail Group is. I had transport issues and they still managed to fit me in despite having just had their shop window broken! Susan was brilliant and really took the time to get the perfect finish and a great shape despite the quality of my nails. They also have the best colour selection I’ve ever seen - I’d thoroughly recommend.

   Where do I start! I can’t recommend The Nail Group in Tottenham enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm smiles and a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The team is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely friendly and attentive, making you feel like a valued client rather than just another appointment. Their attention to detail is second to none – whether it's a classic manicure, intricate nail art, or a full set of extensions, the results are consistently flawless. The staff take time to understand exactly what you want and offer helpful suggestions without being pushy. Anita does my eyebrows and honestly I love how she does them its always perfect as if she's doing her own with so much care and doesn't rush. Leah and Anita are amazing at helping me pick a color when I'm unsure and they are always very sweet. Finally Sam is amazing she never fails to make my nails look stunning. Susan energy as well as the rest of the team are so jolly I never want to leave! Hygiene standards are clearly a top priority, and the whole salon feels modern, fresh, and well-organized. Booking is easy and they're always accommodating, even when things get busy. What really stands out is the consistent level of service – every visit feels special. You leave not just with beautiful nails, but also feeling pampered and relaxed. If you’re in the Tottenham area (or even if you’re not – it’s worth the trip!), The Nail Group should be your go-to spot for nails and top-tier customer service.    After using several other nail shops over the years I have finally found a nail shop that provides perfection in their service. I have had acrylic nails for many years and then slowly decided to move onto gel on my natural nails. I noticed the few nail bars that I had previously been using all had their own techniques when using gel and/ or biab. They all avoided taking off the old polish, filed and buffered the nail bed and directly applied new colour onto the old colour. Not to forget there was no cuticle preparation either. I started to realise that my nail polish always looked very bumpy & lumpy and not in the way I had imagined it to be. The thick application of the nail polish just didn’t look right in any shape or form. And I think I made myself believe that this is what gel nails should look like and so I went along with it and continued to get it done until I started researching more places. It’s not a nice experience when you go to these salons with such high hope thinking that you will come out with lovely looking nails but in actual fact every time I got my nails done it was an epic fail and a total waste of money!! The Nail Group has been a total game changer for me. I attended the nail bar for a take off/ gel application and I am surprisingly very happy with the outcome. The choices of colour, staff nail preparation and application provided, procedure and method explained etc, friendly staff and prestige salon setting is all out of this world! My new spot!! Susan, thank you for the wonderful experience. Much appreciated. I can confidently show my nails off now xx

   PERFECTION. As a long time client, having tried countless nail salons in the area over the last 7 years. Found the Nail Group when it was at its smaller site and I knew it was something special. So professional with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You’re never rushed and you won’t get a bad manicure from anyone. The pedi room is gorgeous and the whole salon is beautifully looked after- Susan has absolutely smashed it with the new Salon. Julie Julie Julie ❤️ honestly amazing. Very patient with all my designs I bring in, and she nails every single one. I’d never go anywhere else!

   Had a really good experience here. The salon is beautifully decorated and the chairs super comfy, they even had Netflix playing in the background for everyone to watch. Had an acrylic takeoff and new set for less than £50!!! Wayyy cheaper than any salon I’ve ever been to. Will definitely be coming here from now on, was even given a free nail file and buffer at the end of my treatment.

   My nails are lovely however I’m giving 3/5 due to service issues. I did not receive 5 star service, I was moved between two colleagues (started with Lee doing my nails and then moved to Julie), my thumb has been cut and the price point is too high for the experience as a whole.
