I had a terrible experience at this salon. The technician was extremely rough and I left with multiple cuts on my cuticles and skin. To make matters worse, the staff member was incredibly rude when I pointed out the discomfort. This is a major hygiene and safety concern. I will not be returning.
I always come to nails lux for every occasion as they do the best nails for amazing prices. Amazing skilled staff and this salon might be the best in London. This salon also helped me and redid my nails when I had them done bad by a different one. Everyone should come here when they need a good manicure or extentions The nails are painted perfectly with no air bubbles and the length is all the same on all nails, and the shape is perfect. The nails also last me over 1 ½ month before lifting. Infills are amazing prices too when they grow too long. They also have loyalty card which is very generous
Don’t bother wasting your money here. I’d you want good nails go to sharp beauty or polo nails in Edmonton. The people working in the shop are lovely but the manager Lianne or whatever her name is extremely unprofessional! Her replies to her reviews shows her lack of accountability and lack of professionalism. They also charge you different prices depending on who comes in. I’ve reported her business to the necessary parties because it is not right for someone who is clearly suffering from mental health issues to be running some type of business. She needs to be shut down as soon as possible. Don’t believe me, read the reviews from previous customers! It makes sense why nobody works in her shop for long, she’s is extremely toxic and is just hungry for money.
The gentleman who did my mum’s nails was amazing. He did such a beautiful job – the polish application was flawless, and the design was perfect. You can tell he pays great attention to detail and really cares about his work. My mum was so happy with how her nails turned out. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend him if you want your nails done beautifully and with care.
She’s the best so far. ❤️ got my nails done 3 times, none of them broken !! I would recommend her with all my trust ☺️ but make sure you book an appointment to have time to get what you want.
I had a pedicure here and am very disappointed. The lady that did my feet barely did anything. The nail polish paint is horrible and the French tip is bad. She barely filed my feet to the point where I have had to go home and do the job myself. I don’t think am gonna go back there.
On Saturday the 11th of February, I went to” Nails Lux” since I needed to do my nails. I could not have expected the perfect work, I ended up with. Love, Love, love my new nails. Very professionally done, can’t fault them at all. The service was warm and friendly, and again very professional. The price is pretty good also. In general, it was the best shop by far I have been to !!!! I will definitely return and recommend others. I think I found my new salon from now on. I wish them all the luck and prosperity in their work…..carry on, you doing great!!!
I went to this nail shop today, 14th December 2021. I called up before hand and asked to book an appointment and was told no appointments could be made and I should just walk in, so i travelled to North London and arrived at the shop. Lianne, The owner and my regular nail lady did my nails, said she could do the nails i asked for (the marble effect) but they did not look anything like the nails (They looked like a smudge on my nails) and nothing like i had asked for, So i asked her to change them as i was unhappy. Lianne told me "its too late" and that i have to have these nails! Once i told her i was unhappy she got the nail clippers out and clipped off every single nail and told me to go elsewhere! I told her she cant just leave my nails like this. She then went to remove the acrylics with solution and then started cutting them more and cut my skin in frustration. it really hurt and I started bleeding. I told her and she just ignored me. I do not care how busy you are this is no way to treat any customer, she is not professional and has left my nails in a complete mess! i will not be returning and i urge anyone not to go there either because i used to have sooo much respect for them but if this is how they treat a regular customer, they will do this to anyone. Just look at how THE MANAGER left my nails
