    Can’t believe I paid £20 to have my hands destroyed. They looked fine before I had the gel polish & now they’re in pain and look terrible. Not even a nice job of shaping them. Definitely won’t be going back.

    I've had gel extensions and shellac manicures here about 6-8 times. They are cheap, quick and do the manicures very well. I've never had my manicure peel, even after one month. As they are close to where I live, it's convenient for me. However, their customer service needs work. There's not much of a greeting. When you're getting your nails done, they don't make an effort to have a conversation with you or build a relationship. They talk in a different language most of the time. Another major thing is that the hygiene is really poor. The desks are always dirty from previous manicures. They don't sterilise their equipment. There are no cleaning products in sight. Towels look reused and dirty.

    The first time I get my nails done I was so satisfied. Lovely customers service. Since I am busy I return to the nail salon to get a full set . There’s two lady working but it seem that they prefer to talk about their problems then to my nails which I paid for. I remember the lady that did my nails had forgotten to put a vanish that protect my nature nail before putting acrylic on, She put on my right hand but forget the left hand. Many times nails salons disappointed me because theyre too busy talking about their personal life. Everyone should be treated the same no matter what they wear or where they come from.
