   Horrible place, horrible staff, the guy followed me to the cash machine even after I left my phone. They had to redo my nails cause they messed up. It was painful as well. I would never go back. Beyond rude.

   The gentleman I had was lovely- I cannot fault him at all however he did over file my nails to the point of bleeding and my right thumb looks atrocious- it was filed way to much on one side leaving it looking out of shape (I only noticed this after leaving) and the paint work is a little sloppy. I do think better could have been done. They were crazily busy which shows they’re quite good- but more attention needs to be paid to the client. 2 days later my nails feel butchered.

   horrible, i asked for a simple full set and the lady gave me the complete opposite. my nails looked horrendous. i told her that this wasn’t what i wanted and i politely asked if she can remove it, later she blaimed me and started screaming at me. she charged me £3 to get it removed. my nails were so destroyed there was glue under my natural nail and my whole nails were destroyed. the members of staff are disrespectful and it’s such a long wait, people jumping into queues. i waited so long just to have my nails destroyed and still charged. never am i going back to that place. she didn’t even bother taking it off correctly. i went to a different nail shop and got exactly what i wanted. i do not recommend this place at all, please do not come here if your looking to get your nails destroyed.

   Horrible. I got a French tip nails and the woman didn’t even file them properly. The nail itself was thick and obnoxious. The white part of my French tip was also too long and ugly . Atleast the service was good.

   Full set acrylics with normal colour is £20! In-fills are £10. Take off £10. Shellac on acrylics is about £30. Very good prices. I've been coming here for over 10 years. They're very thorough and do a detailed, high quality job. The nails do not break - EVER! (unless they've grown out a lot). I no longer live in the area but still only go there every time. I've been to other shops and they're never as good. DO NOT even think about going to Tom Nails next door - they're terrible, rude and the nail breaks after less than a week and the paint job is sloppy.

   Had the worst service there today. I asked for gel and the lady done acrylic application regardless. When I asked her to make my nails shorter she laughed and said it’s okay and ignored my request. She then went on to making my French tip thick which is the opposite of what I asked & to top it all off she charged me £30 for, what in the end, was the complete opposite of what I wanted. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been twice and this lady always ignores my requests. She was also distracted on her phone during the whole time I was there. If I could rate it any less I definitely would.
