Personally over the 15years + of getting my nails done on a regular basis, I now only go to this shop. Its small but efficient. I have always been happy with my nails here and have referred them each time my nails are complimented.

Absolute No go! I booked an appointment only to turn up and be told that I have not booked one. I spoke to the guy himself who accepted and booked my appointment and then when I turned up told me he has been on holiday and did not speak to me at all. Even after I showed him my call log and he could see for himself that I called their salon he still denied the fact that he booked me in. Extremely unprofessional and totally rude people. The older lady on the last appointment was sitting so far from the desk and kept harshly pulling my hands forward. She is extremely rude , unprofessional and has 0 customer service skills All in all highly not recommended - Avoid at all costs

Avoid, absolutely disgusting service! You go in for your appointment but because you are not a regular they choose the regular customer first and talk you soo rudely, they don’t even look at you. I would not go here if they paid me!!!! They never open on time. I waited half hour at the door for someone to open the shop then they tell me I have to wait because the other person has a appointment? I ALSO HAD AN APPOINTMENT. They choose to treat regular customers differently. On this occasion I left without having anything done, they have no customer service at all. Pay an extra £5-£10 go elsewhere.

Great and quick work. They really taking care when doing nails. Had shelac done and my nails only starting to chip now, after 2.5 weeks. Will definitely go there again
