    The work was wonderful, but the customer service was very poor. The lady who did my nails was very rude to me, and the way she talked to me was a little strange. She treated me disrespectfully, and if I asked something twice, her response was unpleasant—she even made a hissing sound before replying. I felt like they might be a bit racist because I noticed a big difference between how they treated another customer and how they treated me. I recommend that people who were born and brought up here can go there—they will receive excellent service.

    Cannot recommend this place more highly. I get my gel polish refreshed here every 2-3 weeks and the team always does a grand job. I've introduced several friends who agree it's great value for money. The staff are super friendly, hard working and accommodating.

    Love my experience here and have become a repeat customer. Typically am greeted with an offer for tea, water, or coffee after I’m seated. They take care to correct and perfect the nail shape and application. Very affordable for the area and my manicure usually lasts 3 weeks. Plan to spend an hour for a regular gel manicure. Worth a visit if you’re looking for a regular nail salon. Come during the early afternoon during the week to avoid busy times.

    Walked in waited around 20 mins, it was really busy so wait wasn’t long. Was given an appointment without booking in advance which was great. Came in for a takeoff, she was very gentle with me and did an amazing job. She took her time and was very precise with her work. Will definitely be back to get my nails done here.

    I'm editing my review this salon is a real hit or miss. I paid £30 for a BIAB they didn't even clean under my nails, I have polish on my skin and the cuticles are a mess. It's really disappointing!
