   Amazing job with my feet, but definitely doesn’t give you the right advice when needed All my hand nails are uneven, but she kept saying we paint on your natural nails look better. Thinking that she might consider to add tips to the ones that are short. She kept filing them down, not realising that they’re all not gonna be the one same length. Paid for the Service and walked out not happy this time offered to takeoff and re do and charge me for another full set!!! It’s a shame because I’ve been going to her for the last 30 years! No consideration of loyalty to a customer.

   DISGUSTING PLACE. AVOID!! The older lady there doesn’t listen. She kept rushing me when I was trying to choose colour. She was very irritable and was speaking badly in her language to her colleagues. She rushed my nails and didn’t do them properly, they look grown out already. The nails are acrylics are not smooth. My nails also hurt for the first couple of days which never happened to me before. Very unpleasant experience. I never really reviews but I felt so disappointed and disrespected.

   Very disappointing experience. The pedicurist was rude and dismissive — she began painting my nails without filing or shaping them, and when I asked about it, she raised her voice and told me to “be patient.” She didn’t listen to my requests about the length or ask what shape I wanted, and made them extremely square even though they were clearly rounded when I arrived. I’ve had pedicures for 20 years and have never been spoken to or treated like this. To make matters worse, she appeared to be bad-mouthing me to her colleagues in another language, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I left feeling upset and unwelcome.

   1. They didn’t properly remove the previous gel, you can see in the video how bad it looks because of it 2. They managed to get all my cuticles damaged and bleeding. Visible in the photos 3. They didn’t properly apply the gel, it all looks transparent and uneven. Removal+application took only 30mins which sounded as magic, now I can see why.

   I usually have okay experiences at Amazing nails, but today was the worst experience to the point I actually cried due to being overwhelmed and embarrassed. I called the nail salon and I asked if there was availability now, I was told there was and to come now. So I said please don’t let me be waiting as I’m only 5 seconds away if there’s a minor wait I don’t mind I can come in 10-20 minutes however long the wait was. They told me “no no we are free now come now” so I did. I got there, I was waiting 30 minutes. Then two girls walked in with NO appointment just walk ins, they got seen too first..before me, even though I had been waiting there first for a whole 30 minutes. Then another group of girls walked in and they put another girl in front of me!! At this point I was really frustrated and annoyed. I then confronted the nail lady Vanessa and said what is going on I was here first and you’ve put 4 girls infront of me.. She said “no no five mins wait” she had been saying that for nearly an hour now!!! I’m a regular there too and they treated me really badly. When I first walked in I asked to get my nails done a certain way she told me I couldn’t have it done that way even though I only asked for one of my nails to have a tip on and the rest not, apparently I couldn’t have that done??? Sorry what??? I’m paying you to do my nails how I want them and I’m being told I can’t? Unbelievable!! Then while I’m explaining to the nail lady how I’d like my nails she’s literally shouting at me saying “PICK A COLOUR” and trying to brush me off. To the point where even the other customers sitting down looked at me in a weird way as if to say why is she shouting that’s abit rude ain’t it! How do you treat your customers this way!!! This is a joke!! I’ve never had such a horrible experience in a nail shop before and trust me I’ve been to plenty. I felt really embarrassed and like I was taken the piss out off. I’ve always gone in there and had my nails done I’m a regular customer and always friendly with them so I don’t understand the bad experience I had today. Being yelled at infront of other customers and being made to wait after being told I could be seen to now, I don’t understand why they can’t just be honest about the time wait!!! My anxiety went up the roof when I was yelled at. I walked out crying because I felt so overwhelmed and frustrated. Never again. They just care about the money and how many customers they can get. Absolute joke.

   My go to place to get pedicure. Only £20, which is very cheap and they do a very good job with it. This was the first time getting my acrylics nails done, and for the price they were really good. I was so happy with the final look. There were some bumps but overall I’m satisfied.
