    Stay away! Used to be good 5 years ago now it’s absolutely terrible! They charge slightly cheaper than other nail salons but their aim is now quantity and not quality. No proper shaping or filing, no cuticle work, nails look thick like bricks, cannot even apply colour evenly… I will never go back and suggest you stay away and find something more decent for a few pounds more.

    I have been going to this nail shop for 10years. I have my own hair salon and I am an educator at the UAL so basically I work in the fashion industry. My nails are my thing and I have travelled from all over London to still come to this place. I decided to post this review as I feel sometimes people only post a bad review and don’t take the time to write a good one -so I wanted to offer a balanced perspective. This place isn’t a spa you’re not going to get a west end experience or great customer service but that isn’t what it’s meant to be. It’s a local nail shop. I have always experienced wicked nails and a kind exchange. You will get real people doing their job. I have had loads of designs, effects and styles. I also go here for gel pedi’s and eye brow waxing. I’m in this shop twice a month and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. What I’m saying is have an open mind and give them a chance. I want to show my support as a local and I hope whoever is looking for somewhere considers this review.

    Last week i had my nails done by the lady that works here and the quality was terrible, they broke within a week. I asked her to do biab which is meant to last much longer. Would not recommend.

    I grew up watching my sisters have their nails done with unique nails, never had any issues, will not go anywhere else, even travel from my home which is outside of walthamstow as found no better in my own area. Highly recommended but everyone has their own experiences. Xx

    So far the worst experience I’ve ever had. A simple manicure was terrible. Had to keep repeating how bad it was being done.

    Avoid at all costs, this was my third time going to the place, first and second time I had a good experience, the third time the fatter man didn't do my nails right up to the cuticle, so they looked like I had had them for about 3 days when I had only just got them done, I went back the next day and kindly stated that their a bit low on my nails, he began saying that's how my nails are, you can show all the customers, all he will do is paint over the missing parts but if it starts peeling it's not his problem he didn't apologise, I showed the other lady she didn't want to know, after this rude customer service I won't be coming back
