We had a fantastic time with Scott (guide) and Axle (captain) on the canals. Scott was knowledgeable and funny, kind and helpful. Highly recommend going on a tour with this company. Only thing that could've made it even better is some way to get a hot drink on board but it didn't reduce our enjoyment without it.

Really informative tour, helped my family board, our daughter is a wheelchair user and i emailed weeks in advance to confirm if they could accommodate her. It took a couple of days to recieve a reply but pleased with the response. We stored the wheelchair on the roof, although there Isnt a dedicated accessible entrance, we were helped with our belongings and assisted onboard. Once the trip finished, assistance was offered again and wheelchair was in good order. Trip itself was very interesting, our guide was very informative and entertaining. Driver was helpful and confident navigating the boat. We'd definitely consider a private hire and will look to take the trip again in the future.

Had an amazing hour-long cruise with Brindley Cruises on Birminghamβs canal network! Captain Axel steered us smoothly, and our guide Chris was fantastic, bringing 250 years of canal history to life with passion and insight. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the trip unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Birminghamβs hidden waterways!

Wonderful tour of Birmingham canals, with informative commentary about how the canals were used in the past in the industrial revolution, and how the canals changed over time. Learned a lot! Polite and helpful staff.

Absolutely loved this boat trip. The woman guiding the tour was friendly and likable, and very enthusiastic and solid at providing a good commentary of the history of the canals. It was a really cute and interesting journey. The price was such good value for money, and even has an adorable bar selling drinks at low prices and a toilet if you need. Highlight of my Mum's Birmingham holiday ^_^

Excellent canal tour with a great commentary. Great insight into the history of the canals in Birmingham. Felt like such a bargain as well, Β£6 for an adult for an hour of relaxation with great views and a fab host! Highly recommend!

What a fantastic way to see Birmingham! The trip is fantastic with really interesting commentary all the way around. We're lucky to have such a beautiful canal network. Brindley cruises lets us have a fantastic snapshot of canal life. All of the lads involved in running the boat were really nice and they have a lovely little dog onboard too!!! Highly recommended!

After seeing poor reviews for the other cruise service & their prerecorded tours (Sherborne), I was happy to see another company operating tours, with live commentary, and cheaper! It was reasonably priced and totally worthwhile. Β£6 for adults, and just Β£2.50 for beer onboard made for a nice little hour long outing. They accept credit cards, have a relatively full bar, and have toilet facilities onboard their narrow boat.
