   Always get my nails done here and have been happy with them so far but the last time i went the experience of having my nails done wasnt very good as a member of staff was rather rude when doing my nails. He was calling out to me to "Stop that" Stop that" and staring at me strangely over the top of his glassses. He was strange and weird and made me feel very uncomfortable.He also rushed my nails so I felt he didnt want to spend the time doing them. My nails also included a manicure which he didnt spend time doing so felt that was cut down as well as he was looking down on me. I would like to carry on coming here to do my nails but not with the same member of staff doing my nails and dont think they would let me choose who to have to do my nails as im sure its who is available on the day. I have never had this young lad before who was more engrossed in his phone than doing my nails so will need to look for somewhere else to go get my nails done now which is such a shame. I will not be made to feel uncomfortable again in that situation.

   I love this place; it’s cheap and people are efficient, however they do not clean their equipments properly. Now I have terrible fungal infections on my fingernails and toenails which need treatment for 6-12 months. Please guys, clean the equipment between customers because it’s not a nice experience. Reply: I have been doing nails at other places and I’ve looked after my nails into adulthood so I know what I’m doing. This problem started once I started coming to your place, but this still does not explain why you use the same equipments without cleaning. If you want, you can look around, some places never use the same equipments, they sterilize it between uses.

   Really unhappy with what they have done to my nails they just dumped the polish on my nails and there is loads of lumps and dents in my nails. The nails are not straight. The thumb now is completely Wonky and the nail polish at the sides it’s not complete and I’m sick of them talking in their own language and laughing. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.

   Do not recommend! Got my dip in powder nails done and the top coat started coming off in less then a week, nails looked dull there was no shine to them. Went in to ask why is that and been told to wear gloves when cleaning my house. I have worked in retail full time for many many years and never had any problems with my powder nails until they grow and need refill. Very disapointed to say atleast, must be the cheapest products they use...waste of £25.

   This is my favourite nail shop in the whole wide world! I moved away from Loughton in 2021 but I always try and go back there even if it’s straight from work and I’m in my uniform. (I look ridiculous in my uniform but they never judge or comment bless them!) They even cut my sons nails and filed them (we pretended it was a mini manicure) and wouldn’t even charge me for doing it for him, they really are fantastic. I’ve been to many nails shops since I was around 13-14 years old and I’m now 32 which I think saids it all. Highly recommend this nail bar and the wonderful staff in there too. (Thank you for always fitting me in!) I never leave reviews but they truly deserve more than 5 stars.

   Had my nails filed and shellac put on. They only did the 2 coats of colour but I didn’t mind. HOWEVER, I’ve had my nails done for all of 48 hours and they’re all lifting and pulling off - having my hair get caught under the varnish and I’m desperately trying not to catch them and pull them as I’m on holiday. I never have this issue with my nails so I know its not me Waste of £25

   First time using, had booked over the phone, saw me 10 minutes early which was nice. Liked my end results. Would have given 5 stars BUT when i booked over the phone i asked how much full set of acryllics was with gel polish i was told 25.00 But i was charged 33.00. Why wasnt i told this from the start? I also queried sns powder on my acryllics but was told has to be done on the natural nail- but the pricelist had this option. So a little confusing to the customer. I would still recommend as very thorough.
