   Jane is the best nail artist!! she was so polite, kind and it was extremely pleasant to chat with her. my nails look so good i can’t staring! ive gotten so many compliments bc she is so thoughtful and cares about getting the design right! would definitely recommend :)

   I’ve been coming here forever and usually they’re spot on. I came in for just gels and a pedicure and I have never had such an underwhelming disappointing experience. No chair massage, no foot massage, charged 35 essentially for her to cut my toenails and not massage me. I questioned it at the til and was still made to pay in the entirety. I do not recommend if you expect a proper pedicure this isn’t the place for you

   This nail salon is the best! Jane never misses! She is so creative and never disappoints! She knew exactly what I wanted, colour matched and it came out even better than what I wanted. The other lady with short hair (apologies, I cannot remember her name) who does our pedicures is amazing and so good at it! I attend with my sister and mum and they always treat us with the most respect and Aaron always manages to fit us in, despite staying later than their opening times. Thanks Love Nails! Xx

   I went to get my nails done and I wanted my natural nails just painted over with gel and it was an old woman working at the last table Please do not go to her. My nails turned out horrible and wonky . The shaping was disgusting. I asked her to fix it and she was making it worse and worse and worse and I paid £30 for it. Last time I checked, these are not square nails

   If you want acrylic nails that don’t start to chip & actually last long without breaking then this is the nail shop for you! I will NEVER CHEAT on this nail shop! I love the way they do nails here and it’s one of…if not the best nail shop in London!…I am a loyal customer. This is where I get my nails done!

   I went to get me and my daughters nails done here. The woman who did it for my daughter, Anne, was lovely, very kind and the results were amazing. However the young man who did it for me showed attitude and arrogance, and had no sense of customer care. He was rough and cold towards me. While I was having my pedicure he was massaging and cleaning my foot with such intensity that it left a wound. My skin had come off and blood was present. He blandly apologised and placed a plaster on the wound AFTER I had asked. When I asked for a specific colour, he judged and refused to do so stating it “it wouldn’t show”. After I told him I had done this colour before, he audibly cursed under his breath and got Anne to do it for me. When I complained to the manager he was mumbling to himself and showing such arrogance. I showed the manager my scarred foot and the young man accused me of lying and said the wound had been there before, after he had literally said sorry and planted a plaster on my foot. He said I was complaining for no reason and denied everything. I felt rage and threatened to call the police. He laughed to himself and all three worker started chattering in their language, leaving me embarrassed and confused. The manager didn’t seem impressed. I only payed for my daughters amazing results and service and thanked Anne.

   This place is 50/50 I've had 2 good experiences and 2 bad.. today it was bumpy and gloopy at the finish.I told her and she re did it worse the first time and it took so long I just had to leave.A waste of £37.00 and almost 2 hours.very disappointed.I wouldn't go back here again.

   Lovely friendly people, great atmosphere. Good choice of shellac & polishes. Very helpful and accommodating staff. My nails rarely chip or break between visits. Great pedicures and acrylic nails. Every visit I get the same level of service of a high standard.

   Went to get a gel french tip manicure and the end result so nice. Really good job. Staff are so lovely and the woman who done my nails was so sweet and professional. Had a long chat with the staff, they are very friendly and warm. Would definitely recommend.
