I had a great experience! The nail tech was very patient, really listened to what I wanted, and did a perfect job. My nails turned out exactly how I hoped. I’m very happy and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Very bad ,shape of the nails was horrible and the man hurt me and then my feet was done by the lady and omg was so bad she hurt me so much and didn't even do it right, DONT GO THIS SHOP
I went to Vietnamese Nails Spa - owned by Delux Nails. Really terrible experience. The salon was left unattended with no manager present, leaving untrained new staff to handle everything. During my pedicure, the technician cut my nails far too short and filed them so roughly it caused real pain, I had to keep stopping her. My acrylics took 2.5 hours because they had a trainee do them with no supervision or help. I had to leave the nail shop mid treatment to go to their other shop across the road (Delux Nails) to speak to a manager. Completely unprofessional, careless and they still made me pay for treatment. Manager was very aggressive when I told her I was unhapppy. I won’t be returning and highly recommend you don’t waste your time here.
This is one of the most agitating nail salon I’ve been too, I originally went to deluxe nail spa and then they said go down the road to the Vietnamese nails LTD ( also known as fashion nails ) to do your nails , I agreed we went and I sat there waiting for about 30 mins as soon as we got called to do the nails I showed the nail guy as to what nails I wanted , and I asked him bajillion times if you are able to do these nails with the flower charms for my birthday. He nodded his head like he can do it . Right when he finished and about to fit the charm he said I don’t have any charms and showed me other charms expecting me to change my design for him. I did start complaining and I specifically said “These are my birthday nails ,if you couldn’t do this design I wouldve shown you something else” he had the most arrogant face and goes to say “so what do you want ?” then I just said I want a flower like the picture and he said I can draw , that was my last resort and I said fine. AND THEN I PAY FULL PRICE OF £45 FOR WHAT ? THE NAILS I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR ? I swear even though love nails ( the shop down the road from these shops) is a little more expensive I’d rather pay more while getting what I want than coming to either these two shops!
My name is Marie and I am a Solicitor in Chigwell. I have used this salon since it opened and know the owner well. However, I will not be returning because for the first time I was angry and dissatisfied. I went in to have my dip colour removed and dip put back on. The lady came over and before I could stop her she had cut my nails short. When I asked what she was doing she said cutting off the tips. I told her I didn’t have tips and they were my own nails. She said sorry. Not good enough. I then had what was left of my nails shaped and dip put back on. The dip is so thin the clear polish peeled off the dip colour has fallen off in places and broken my nails. My nails are now in the worst condition they have ever been in and all for£30 instead of £35. I won’t be returning.
Worst experience they’re getting worse. I’ve been coming here for years and try justify it because they are near by where I live. I would not recommend going here. They are so inconsistent. I had a pedicure yesterday and the woman that was doing it half way through goes to the other partner shop. someone takes over but I only had a pedicure on one foot. They removed the dead skin off one foot and left it on the other one. I got my nails done at 6:30pm yesterday, today I noticed that it’s chipped. On my French tip the white lines weren’t equal, his excuse was your fingers are different sizes. Instead of owning that they aren’t equal and don’t look similar to each other. Any colours I’ve asked them to do they will say no we don’t have it even tho I’ve got it thetr before
I waited a few months before posting this review as I wanted to make sure that all my appointments were as good as the first one. I come here every 2 to 3 weeks for infills and colour change and it’s usually always really busy. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and I’ve never had any problems. The care and attention they give whilst doing nails is second to none and they are all extremely talented and I just wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Cane to this nail bar first time in my life got charged 33£ as they prob thought im new here charge what we like. Please please please avoid, they speak about you in their own language they dont like welcoming new customer or infact any customer that comes in even when they are not busy they say we are to busy. They sit on their phone when customers are waiting.. regular customers get seen first and new customers after.. i got seen after and a regular customer got seen before. Someone wanted their nail fixed which got smudged yesterday and poor kid had to wait 1.5 hours as the lady was refusing to do it even tho she was free. They are so racist. They look at u in the eyes and then speak in their own language with colleagues. Anywho my nails were lifted upwards and disgusting i will never come back here again. They just rush their job so they can get paid thats it. Money minded people. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
