   I’ve been here 3/4 times now as I keep getting told it’s one of the best. But twice I’ve had acrylics and they’ve broken in 2 week and feel weak. Had them taken off as waste of money and had shellac on own nails but they chipped within a day. I went back in but they said they’d charge me for redoing them. Won’t be going back again. They seem to rush and charge you lots for it. I’ve even tipped them everytime :-( Never used to be like this.

   Had a great pedicure at Deluxe Nail. Staff were super friendly and attentive, price was agreed before starting. Heel cleaning was thorough and the massage was really good. Will definitely come back!

   From the moment i stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing and extremely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable. My nail tech John, did an amazing job. He was so professional, taking his time to perfect every step. The quality of my work after left me beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this shop to anyone whos looking for a relaxing, professional experience. I definitely will be coming again!

   Unfortunately, after visiting on two occasions, I’m really disappointed with the quality of the nails. Just a week after getting them done, my French manicure is falling apart on nearly every nail. To make it worse, the additional gems I had added fell off the very next day. I expected better durability and attention to detail—especially for the price. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

   Avoid at all costs. Booked an appointment for my elderly mum. Made her wait 30 mins so they could have lunch (why book an appointment?!) then the actual job - gel nails was poorly done. Lumpy gel. Looked terrible. Called to resolve & the manager Nancy said she’d call back. Never heard back. Much better places to go. Don’t waste your money.

   I wish I didn’t even have to give 1 star if giving 0 stars was possible I would give 0. This is the worst place to go to in Barkingside. I went for a pedicure and the lady was so harsh she hurt my big toe and made them bleed. I didn’t say anything as I know sometimes mistakes happen. She did not clean my feet properly and I had to ask her to use the blade to get rid of all the dead skin. Otherwise the pedicure would’ve been done in 10 minutes had I not said anything. Then I went over to get gels done on my nails. I had my acrylics removed and gel polish. The lady was so rude she kept asking me to stop moving but I wasn’t even moving? She kept speaking to her colleagues in her own language and it was clear who/what they were talking about. I found that very disrespectful, again did not say anything. After one hour I got home and my gel nails start peeling off. Literally peeling and this point I’m fuming considering I paid £70 for a pedicure and gel nails which, in my opinion, is an absolute rip off for the quality and effort of their work. I went back to the salon the next day (which was very inconvenient) and asked for my gels to be removed and my money back. I was told that the policy states “no refunds”. I look around the room and there is nothing stating their policy nor was this ever verbalised to me prior to getting my nails done. I was then told to contact the manager who kept putting the phone down in my face claiming that she was in hospital. She messaged me Saying that the policy is no refunds and that I can have my nails fixed. I didn’t want my nails fixed as I was afraid of this happening and don’t have the time to keep going back to the salon to get them fixed. My nails were repaired after going around in circles with people who couldn’t even understand English properly. And guess what. The same thing happened the next day with the nails. I gave up by this point. Avoid this salon there are far better nail salons on the Barkingside high street.

   I went to this shop, to have acrylic nails for my daughter. The reception lady told me a price with and with out design as £23 and £32. After completing the non-design nail work they charged me £32 and told me that they applied shellac as extra. Also they told me to pay as cash and officially said that it is a cash only store and I can't pay by card. I think they are evading tax. Better ask the price and list of tasks before the work..

   Went in about a month ago with my mum, awful atmosphere and can easily tell they are talking about you and vowed to not return. My mum gave it another go last week for a simple gels on hands and polish on feet. They tried to bully her into having powder gels (far more expensive) and a pedicure. My mum repeatedly told them no, yet they started to put powder on her hands and felt very uncomfortable, she was seen to by FOUR members of staff being passed around like pass the parcel and was there for 2 hours. In our usual shop we are in and out within half an hour. Deluxe nails have terrible customer service and nails look like they were done by a 4 year old - would not recommend.

   I had such an amazing experience today, absolutely outstanding service! The team are so friendly, professional and kind. They consistently checked in on me and made sure I was okay. They have done some redecorating in the shop and it looks absolutely stunning, very beautiful layout. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure my acrylics were done by Ryan he is an amazing nail tech and did such an amazing job on my nails I am beyond happy with them. I always go to Duluxe Nail‘s as they are the best local nail salon I would highly recommend them they always do such a great job!
