   Our introduction to Premium Motorhomes started at the nec show and chatted to Mike, we are interested in either the Home 82 or Loft. We decided to visit the dealership and we are so glad we did. From the initial introduction by ron and the team we looked at Carthago and Morelo. Everyone was so friendly and lots of choice. We felt so comfortable in the staff and product that we are going back for a test drive soon and probably purchase one. We was made very welcome thanks everyone.

   Incredible helpful and nice people. During our first days of our camper vacation (we are from Germany), we found out that our charging booster wasn’t working. When I called Premium Motorhomes, we could come by immediately and they checked it right away. They also changed the booster and took care of the warranty. In the meantime we were invited for tea and coffee and could take a look in some beautiful motorhomes :) Thanks a lot to everyone there. You saved our holiday.

   Picked up our van today. This was the only firm that said they could get the van we wanted in a pretty short time. All other firms gave us a waiting time of at least 10 months. After ordering we went back to the showroom many times to measure similar vans and ask lots of questions. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff at Premium. I would thoroughly recommend Premium. The technical handover was by Yanni who was superb. We had most dealings with Jordan who went over the top to help us out including returning an email in an evening when we had a serious query. We will use this company again.

   From start to finish buying a new and trading in our old Motorhome was an easy process and great service. Debbie dealt with the sale, trade in and all paperwork very efficiently. Keeren was very helpful and explained everything carefully making sure we knew all the details about the Motorhome, even answering our phone call to clear up a query we had later.    My wife and I purchased a two-year-old Knaus Sky Ti motorhome from Premium in Jan 23 and took deliver Feb 23. Debbie the sales advisor was very easy to deal with and we didn't feel pressured at any point. Her knowledge of the motorhome was good, and she made the experience as comfortable as dealing with a friend. On the day of collection, the motorhome was presented in an excellent clean condition and any minor defects that we had pointed out had been addressed. That said there was nothing much wrong with the motorhome as it was in a nearly new condition. The gentleman who did the handover (unfortunately I can't recall his name) was very thorough and was very patient, he handled any questions we had professionally and knowledgeably. The handover took place indoors, which was perfect as the weather was very cold that day. This allowed all exterior features to be discussed at length without either of us feeling it needed to be rushed to get out of the cold. The handover took approximately an hour and a half; however, we drove away feeling confident that we knew all we needed to know. Premium have a range of new and used motorhomes varying in price from sub £40k to over £300k. No matter if you are looking for a new high end motorhome or a used lower priced motorhome, you can be assured you will be welcomed and handled with the same polite professional manner. All customers are treated equally regardless of budget. If you find the motorhome that is right for you at Premium, then I would thoroughly recommend buying from them. P.S. Their coffee isn’t too bad either.

   What a great find. If you want a motorhome dealership with attention to detail, try Premium. We had lithium batteries fitted, I didn’t understand electrics, but after a short period of time I now do. And what Josh doesn’t know about his motorhomes isn’t worth knowing. With Caroline, in the office, we had great communication, we will be back, thankyou.

   Hired a campervan for Glastonbury before the pandemic & Premium Motorhomes kindly let us carry the booking over until the festival took place. Being novices to campervan life, Premium Motorhomes were always happy to help with any questions we had. When handing the vehicle over, Johanna was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the campervan as well giving us tips for our stay away. Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Premium Motorhomes & would not hesitate to use them again.
