   Definitely recommend McArthur estate agency, we were buying a house with them and our solicitors turned out to be very problematic. Thanks to Shaun and Matthew who were always there to pick up the phone, advised and kept me sane when solicitors decided not to communicate with anyone about anything. These guys are great, care about their customers and their needs and are very helpful and quick when it comes to communicating between the buyer/seller. Will definitely use their services if we decide to sell in the future! G

   I started off with a well known estate agent (you know, the one with the Bee) and quickly learned that this was a bad decision. After chatting to a few other agencies who were full of hot air, I went with McArthurs mainly for my sanity. Their proposal was also very fair and transparent. The chaps at the local beehive threatened exit fee’s and further action after arranging zero viewings - I knew where I stood from the outset with McArthurs. Shaun has been a total breath of fresh air. The market has been tough lately, but Shaun and his team showed real care and determination from start to finish. His advice was always honest, sensible, and in retrospect correct. Our sale took seven months from offer to completion, and during all the stress, they remained positive and supportive throughout. By the end, I’d actually call Shaun a friend. Highly recommend and I wish them all the success in the future!

   Shaun McArthur impressed me immediately with his enthusiasm and style on the phone, and when he visited my home to provide a valuation it was a delight to meet him. I then visited the McArthur Estate Agency office to deliver keys for the photographer and viewings and I was similarly impressed with the friendly welcome I received from Shaun and his brother Matt and the comfortable lounge for clients. Shaun immediately followed up our meeting with a letter of welcome confirming our arrangements - very reassuring. Based on these first impressions I am optimistic and confident in the ability of this very personable and professional organisation. In this day and age it is refreshing to meet genuine people.

   First rate service! Shaun was 1 of 3 Estate Agents contacted ahead of putting my property up for sale. His was the middle of the 3 valuations. He was very enthusiastic, spoke with great knowledge explaining how the customer is his priority. He had a clear logical strategy which he explained thoroughly. He saw beyond the bricks and mortar in front of him, focussing on what he saw as great potential. Following our discussion I felt as if I wanted to buy my own property so enthused was I on his attitude, strategy and selling points for the property!! Would the strategy work? Wow!! it most certainly did, provoking much interest numerous viewings resulting in a sale well in excess of the guide price within a week. Both Shaun and Matthew were excellent, both during the viewing period and post sale ahead of completion. They kept me fully informed, completely looked after me in terms of the sale removing the strain from me, also recommending an excellent solicitor to deal with the conveyancing. I felt that I mattered and wasn't just another piece of business, yes the customer certainly does appear important to them. Excellent, I would without hesitation use them again and unhesitatingly recommend.

   AMAZING! From the initial phone call to selling my bungalow, Shaun was brilliant. He was honest, approachable, down to earth and importantly realistic. There was constant communication and updates, which is important in these unprecedented times.
